Our host Angela was warm and welcoming. The house was spacious with great outdoor areas for enjoying the sun and our books. We preferred to cook at home and the kitchen was equipped with all that we needed. The best beach that Angela had recommended was Goodmans and it was gorgeous with warm crystal blue water. Thank you Angela for joining us for our supper and bringing lobster! Yum

Angela has a beautiful home that she takes a lot of pride in. She maintains the property well and has people come in to fix anything needed. This was a perfect little getaway for our family and is within driving distance to all the things we’d hope to do/see. I would recommend renting a vehicle as was super easy to get around but might be possible to use transit we just didn’t look into it. The place is very spacious and had a lot of the cooking appliances we wanted access to while there. Would highly recommend and hope to be back again in the future!

Nice to have your own pool

I could not have picked a better home to stay in for vacation. The pictures were great but they don't do this beautiful place justice. The care the owner takes to make sure you are comfortable goes above and beyond most hosts.We got to spend some time with her and it was one of the highlights of my trip. I hope I get to return to her island paradise again. Please don't hesitate to vacation here. The pool was perfect. The house was clean and welcoming and the grounds are amazing! The first day there my friend took advantage of a nap in the hammock to rest up from travel. It is a slice of paradise that is close enough to Nassau to get there quickly if you choose but it is far enough away that you don't have much traffic to deal with to get to a nearby beach. We had a fantastic week and I can't wait to return to introduce my family to the island.

Spent an amazing week in this rental. A beautiful beach nearby, as well as the fish fry restaurants, the Straw market and other tourist attractions. The people were very friendly and welcoming. All the comforts of home along with a private pool. Angela was caring and genuine, and available for questions. The left hand drive on vehicles was a surprise but doable. The rental was beyond our expectations, the four of us were very pleased.

From the moment we saw it, this property was all we imagined of a place in the tropics: an unusually-designed rambling house set in an extensive garden full of exotic tropical trees and plants. So many palm trees! And so many different birds! The house itself is very spacious – particularly the lounge and dining area. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped; it has all one needs to cook up an authentic Bahamian meal! Then outside there’s the pool area: an unusually large pool, with the water at a perfect temperature, and an extensive area around it for the comfortable loungers – and the barbeque. There are two verandas close to the pool – ideal for sheltering from the sun, or those inevitable tropical showers! The property is only about a mile’s ramble (we went via Marlin Street) to the wide, empty Saunders Beach: what a delight! We loved exploring the western side of New Providence in particular, where we met so many cheerful friendly people. We really enjoyed our visit to The Bahamas, and would probably come back again – and to this amazing house. To the wonderful Angela who looked after us so well in so many ways while we were there: Thank you, it was a great holiday!

Great time had by all, rental property was great

Ms. Cleare, the owner, was an amazing hostess; she usually not there, but we were glad she was. We had concerns regarding all the safety warnings, but this place is safe! There are security cameras, a fence that locks, and no issues in the neighborhood. The place is well stocked, beautiful, private pool, centrally located to downtown activities, walking distance to Saunders Beach. Prepare to rent a car or get a taxi. The house is stocked with whatever we needed. Store is a few minutes down the road. We would love to come back.

This home is amazing! It was all we had hoped for and more! No complaints and would definitely stay if we are back in Nassau!

This was a great home away from home! The accommodations were superb and everything was very comfortable. The location was fairly central to everything and easy to access. The outer grounds were beautiful and it was especially nice to have the various trees in the property identified. The host was most accommodating and even went above and beyond picking us up from the airport and taking us to get some clothes after our luggage did not arrive. We would stay here again!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The property is exactly as described and appears exactly as in the photos. It was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 grandparents, and 2 young kids--a 2 year old and a 4 year old). The property has everything you need for young kids, including a crib, high chair, stroller, utensils and plates/bowls for toddlers, bath/pool towels, and laundry detergent. We loved having a clean and well-kept pool to use as well. Shawell and Jamal, the property managers, were very responsive and helpful. Jamal met us at check-in and answered a ton of questions for us. He continued to follow up with us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Angela, the owner, is the sweetest person and even stopped in to say hello to us. The big gated parking area was great for our rental car and the property is only 5 minutes from Saunders Beach, which has a playground for the kids. We basically had the beach to ourselves! Thanks for a delightful stay. We cannot wait to return and have already referred your property to multiple friends coming to the Bahamas in the future.

This place is awesome! We had just about everything you would want in a vacation home. The pool is large and private. The home is up a gated driveway from a quiet street offering a great view of the landscape including "Atlantis" in the distance. The best part was our Host Angela who did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Although the kitchen is well equipped with all the regular necessities, she lent us an Air-Fryer that we used many times. There was an abundance of quality dishes, new cutlery, and a Carving Knife collection with all types of "Sharp" knives that would make a chef very happy. We have been to many tropical destinations and this place is one of the very best of the best. Thanks Angela we loved your home. We had a great stay. Lovely spacious place with a very helpful owner and everything you could need. Angela lives upstairs however you could not hear anything and we didnt cross paths unless we sought out to do so. Pool was great too. Entire house is gated and a two minute drive removed from the hustle and bustle. So, you certainly need wheels however taxis are easy and not too expensive. We did get into a jam for transportation the one day and Angela helped get our family to where we needed to go. If you are looking for must-do's , Power Boat Adventures and a day pass at Baha Mar. We did not get to Atlantis but we heard that was good too. Otherwise pick a beach and enjoy! Lastly, little known place called the Pink Shack right by Sandy Port. Amazing food for cheap prices, great owners and daiquiri that will knock your socks off.

Everything was just about 10 to 15 minutes away. (we had a rental) Mis Angela was a great host, she seen like family at the end of our stay. The house had everything we needed and was very spacious and clean. Having our own swimming pool was a plus. At the end it was a great way to spend my 50th birthday. This house was the perfect place for complete rest and relaxation. The property was a garden paradise and the pool was well maintained. We spent most of our time together in the pool. The beach was just as wonderful and only a few minutes away from the house. Our host was very helpful and made certain that we were very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

My girlfriend and I just spent a much-needed week away, and we were very happy with this rental. Everything matched the pictures, the space was roomy and comfortable, and we took full advantage of the pool and grill. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very centrally located on the island; it was super easy to get anywhere with our rental car. And Angela was a wonderful host! Easy communication leading up to our trip, warm and welcoming when we arrived, and even brought us some local treats during our stay. Would happily recommend, and would book again if we returned to Nassau. And as an aside, we were incredibly impressed with how well the Bahamas are handling Covid precautions. It definitely feels like a safe choice for travel as the vaccine rollout continues.

The house was spacious with 2 teenagers. Everyone felt comfortable and had their space.

This house is spacious, cozy and has just about everything you need when your on vacation. The owner is the best and never had a problem with communication. She is a quick responder and I rate this house as a five star.

On our arrival the owner, Angela, was there and explained everything about the house. There were 3 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, great sitting room with huge dining area, and fully equiped kitchen. AC was in all bedrooms and sitting room/dinning room. The appartment is huge, comfortable, clean. Beds were very comfortable. The private pool (accessible right from the sitting room) was extraordinary- water was very clean. Garden around the house was also beautiful with the tropical trees and flowers. Angela was very helpful and coopertive. This is the place that worths recommending.
