We were there to celebrate our 50 Anniversary with family. The pictures do not do this place justice. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The walk to the beach was easy and use of the wagon really helped. We also put the bikes to good use. The only negative was the toaster oven and it would not toast our bread.

This listing, property, amenities, & extras to use in the house gives this home 5 plus stars. Owners were extremely helpful and responsive too when we had a minor hot tub issue too. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. I booked the place for next summer on the first day we were there this year.

The pictures on the site for this property really does not do it any justice. The place was much much much better looking in person. You literally do not need to bring anything with you except your cloths. Everything is taken care of for you. Location was a close walk to the beach and the neighborhood was very quiet . Also helps that it is close to Krispy Kreame. Overall I wouold give the house a 10 out of 10. We really had a great time at this house.

This house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. The location was great and the backyard area was fabulous after a morning at the beach. The ice maker was a great plus. We did run out of propane one day, but they had it delivered later that evening. My only suggestion is to maybe have an extra propane tank there and ready to use and also have a few actual “beach” chairs rather than the bag chairs that were there. Otherwise, our stay was perfect! Certainly would come back to this house again!

Our three families stayed with 6 adults and 7 kids, ages 8-19, and we had plenty of room.. We all loved the pool and hot tub as usual, and the location is fabulous! My daughter had rented this house in 2021 and invited me to go with her and her family. I enjoyed it so much that I rented it last week and invited my children, grandchildren, special friend and his daughter in law and baby to go. My children and grandchildren weren’t able to spend the entire week but came for part of it. We had a wonderful time and the house with the private pool and hot tub was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy some special time with family. Thank you Gerald and Ericka for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful and well maintained home.

Anything you possibly needed was at the house beach stuff, pool stuff, grilling stuff...it was great! We would definitely stay there again! Gerald and Erica were great to work with as well! This house is truly a jewel. For getting away and doing absolutely nothing, the house covers everyone- absolutely everyone.

The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans and accessories. The pool area is awesome and the family spent a great deal of time in the pool and hot tub. The garage storage has everything one might need including pool balls and floats, two adult bicycles and a variety of things for the beach. We had a super time together and the house rental played a large part in it.

Tropical Beach House had everything we were looking for in a vacation property. Just an outstanding place with incredible pool and hot tub patio. Ice maker was a much needed added bonus. Thanks Gerald and Erica! We can't wait to come back!

Amazing home and very clean. It is even better than the pictures online and a great location. It’s the kind of house you won’t want to leave. It has everything, and I mean everything you need, including chairs, pool and beach toys, adult bikes, games, a wagon to haul things to the beach, Ice machine, margarita machine, washer/dryer and more. The area is not as congested as Myrtle which was very nice and the beach is cleaner and less crowded too. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and all the decks. The beach is about a 4 minute walk, but we rented a golf cart for the older people in our group. There is golf cart parking right at the end of the street at the beach and it was nice to drive the cart around the neighborhood in the morning and to Mr. G’s for ice cream in the afternoon. There is enough parking for at least 4 cars and probably 6. There is a Church on the next block and you can hear the Church bells chime which just adds a special touch to your stay. It’s also nice to hear the bells toll what time it is when you’ve been sitting in the hot tub too long instead of getting ready for dinner like your supposed too. There is a gas grill and plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing or eating outside. This really is a fantastic beach house. Please don’t hog all the weeks though, because we want to come back.
