Great location and easy to get to! Half Moon Bay is so beautiful! The Ritz is right there as well.

Really liked this location and we walked to the Ritz for dinner and lunch a few times as well as using the coastal trail for walking and running. Please update the automatic email check-in instructions from VRBO admin with the correct WiFi instructions (they were correct in the binder on the kitchen table but not on the email so that took some time to figure out). Jeff, the owner, was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here during a golf trip and birthday for my wife...what a beautiful home and Mr. Chew is a great host...we look forward to coming back!

Terrific property for six (two grandparents, two parents, a 16 y.o. and a 12 y.o.). We annually visit HMB for family reunions and this is the best property we've found for our group size. Located just off the OC golf course at the development's west end in a neighborhood of most retired folks, this well-appointed, well-furnished, and very clean and well-kept townhome has everything needed for a quiet, comfortable short-stay in HMB. Walk/run to the beach, short run to downtown, but the loudest noises will be the ping of a golf ball and an electric golf cart. Very well-kept townhome sleeps six comfortably. Property description is 100% accurate. Owner was extremely gracious and an excellent communicator. Very highly recommended, and hope to stay here again.

Great location if you’re playing golf at Half Moon Bay and not looking to pay insane resort costs. Owner was very flexible with our arrival/departure times. Would stay here again, and recommend this property!

We had a great stay. The location was ideal for access to HMB golf courses. In my humble opinion, a much preferred venue to the Ritz. Private, quiet, comfortable and ample room for a family of four plus. Jeff was extremely helpful and highly responsive. I would highly recommend. Thanks.

Location was great. Loved the trail access through Ritz Carlton and seeing/hearing the bagpiper at dusk. The walkway along the ocean was great. Only thing I would include in description of property is multiple levels of steps for anyone that has difficulty with stairs. Great restaurants in Half Moon Bay Area. Easy access to get where we wanted.

The home is clean and well appointed. It has a bathroom for each bedroom, which was very nice. Not very fancy, and has quite a few stairs, so should be a consideration for someone who has mobility problems. The view is of the golf course is quite lovely from the balcony. The furnishings could use a bit of an update however, it served our purposes nicely.

We had a mom and kids get away and it was not a disappointment at all. Rooms are huge and spacious with their own full bathrooms. The house was large enough for all 6 of us to move around. Location was awesome for us to walk to the Ritz or the beach. Highly recommend this place and we hope to use it again next year.

Great place!

Very spacious townhome on the Ritz Carlton golf course that would easily accommodate a large family. All necessary amenities available and home is close to SF and other beautiful Bay Area locations. We really enjoyed our stay there and our host answered all our questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Was there for a business conference, close to everything! House was clean, and welcoming and we enjoyed night time chats on the porch! Would definitely come again!

We had a wonderful time at the Ocean Colony in Half Moon Bay. Located near the beautiful Ritz property and the ocean, the large home, set on the scenic golf course, provided a lovely respite for us all. The host, Jeff, made the experience seamless and easy. HIghly recommend!

We enjoyed our too-brief stay at this well-located property. Fun to watch the golfers and have cocktails on the balcony. Close to good restaurants and downtown Half Moon Bay. Jeff provided detailed instructions and good suggestions which helped make this a good visit to the coast.

This was a really nice place to stay. The house is great. Very well cared for and the owner was great to deal with. We had a 1 year old there and the number of stairs were a concern initially but we set up a couple of blocks and all went well. If you are a golf fan, it is fun sitting on the deck watching golfers putt out on the 10th hole and tee off on the 16th. Half Moon Bay provides great access to the ocean. The property is associated with the Ritz Carlton which is a 10 minute walk away. It is a beautiful property with great ocean views.

Nice location - easy ride to Santa Cruz for sun! Golf course access was great- lower level is damp and smells musty- needs attention- overall great stay

This is the best location to enjoy the Ritz Carlton amenities. I really wanted to love this place, but I wish it were Cleaner and I wish the furnishings were nicer. It just felt like the furniture was hodge lodge and from a garage sale. It was very dusty too.

Coming from the elevated heat in the Southwest, our family loved the cool temperatures and the spacious comfort of Jeff's house.

Excellent location and the weather cooperated for several great days of golf. Easy access to many areas within the Bay area. Would stay here again.
