Place is nice, it’s half underground, but spacious and clean. It’s a great place to crash if you want to ski snowbird or alta. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place as it is no frills, but it gets the job done and the landlords are nice.

This place was super convenient for getting to Alta/Snowbird. About a 10 minute walk from the house. There was everything we needed in terms of amenities and the host was very fast to respond when we had questions.

Great location and accommodations for quick access to Snowbird and Alta. You’re so close to the mouth of Little Cottonwood, you here the siren when road closes/opens from avalanche control. Condo is spacious, beds comfortable and showers were hot. Definitely will return to This prime location.

Excellent location at the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon. Quiet upscale residential neighborhood. Perfect for our ski trip!

Really enjoyed our stay here! Comfy for all 5 of us. Also super close to the ski mountain! Isabel was a great host and responded to messages immediately. Would definitely return.

The property was spacious and inviting, nestled in a secluded subdivision up against the Wasatch Front. Our host was very accessible and handled our minor questions quickly and with ease. The space was very accommodating in its layout. I think the only major request might be for that unit to have a couple extra mirrors placed outside of bathroom as so many adults sharing one bathroom was a little challenge. Other than that we found it welcoming and perfect for our needs attending a business conference and being able to enjoy home prepped meals and home like living arrangements. Definitely would stay again. Is there a listing for the whole house? We might be interested in multiple units next year!

We had no problems with any of the appliances or furniture. The washer and dryer were nice, detergent was supplied. We had a little trouble trying to wash our faces, as the sinks in the one bathroom were bowls set up high on the sink cabinet. There was coffee and spices in the cabinet, we appreciated that. The beds are comfy and there were plenty of bath towels and wash cloths. Since we were in the basement apt. it was sometimes colder than we liked. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed out time.

Austin and Izzy's apartment was great for a 4 day vacation to Salt Lake. With a group of four, the apartment was generously spacious and had all the necessary basic amenities - we especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Proximity to LCC is difficult to beat as well. Would certainly recommend to friends, and will look into returning for future ski trips!
