Excellent location to get to slopes. Quiet neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. The studio is great for two people who want to economize.

Awesome location right near the road up to Snowbird and Alta. Well appointed unit with everything you'd ever need. Owners were great about communicating details. Only issue at all was the linens were a bit old ... but that's a pretty minor detail for a great place

Great neighborhood location and Austin was very timely in his communication with me. Easy access to get into both canyons! Affordable spot and ideal for a single traveler or a couple.

We spent the week skiing Alta and Snowbird and couldn’t have stayed in a better location. Would stay again and have recommended to friends.

The place was a ground floor studio that was very cold even when we had the heat on 75. The bathroom smells like sewage which was unpleasant. I think this is due to the bathroom drain being below grade. The tiles in the bathroom were lose.

This was a great spot for one or two people looking for an economical place to stay near the mountains or Salt Lake. It was spacious and clean. There is no stove or oven in the kitchen, but it does have a microwave. I was a little chilly until I realized that keeping the ceiling fan on helped push the heat from the wall unit down into the room.

The inside of the apartment was very clean. The address signage was poor, hard to find in the dark. 3 overflowing trash cans in the driveway outside our entrance greeted us when we arrived on Saturday night, and the trash on ground was still there when we checked out on Wednesday. Need more cans if people are in all 3 units! Also, may want to advise guests to bring slippers if in basement apartment, as the floor is on cement and not totally covered by area rugs.

This is an absolutely fantastic studio, thoughtfully put together and situated in a seriously perfect spot to ski / snowboard at Alta / Snowbird in Little Cottonwood Canyon. The highlights include but are not limited to: - First floor drive up entrance (making loading and unloading of gear at the start / end of the day super easy) - Gear hooks! (can’t say enough about this as SO many places do not have hooks to hang gear on and this studio is covered in fantastic options) - Walk in closet (outstanding use of space for clothes, bags…anything you are traveling with) - Kitchen (open layout with everything you will need to eat in and make the most of your money) - Bed / couch (large comfy bed and similar couch both situated for relaxing, sleeping, lounging…) - Jet Tub (large jet tub in thoughtfully designed bathroom) - Location Location Location (saying it is RIGHT at the foot of Little Cotton Wood Canyon is an understatement since it is both right at the foot, and at what seems to be the secrete neighborhood entrance. On a day when hundreds of cars were lined up waiting for the Canyon to be cleared of snow and open after an 18 inch snow storm, without even meaning to, we ended up at the very front of the line by virtue of driving ½ mile from the condo through the quiet neighborhood. For note, we also make it to Big Cottonwood Canyon on a similar opposite to flow of traffic neighborhood commute and it was similarly seriously fast and easy. 20 minutes to Alta / Snowbird!

Cozy efficiency in the perfect location to access all mountain areas.

Everything was quite nice for the price. Very satisfied. Only a few minor downsides: a bit noisy if someone is in other unit, but not terrible. Climate control in the winter is a bit ad hoc since this unit is sort of an add on. I was comfortable but florr was always cold and unit didn't heat evenly. Like I said, still comfortable enough and the owners thoughtfully put a space heater in the bathroom.

My boyfriend and I came out to Utah over Christmas week, and it was the perfect getaway! This location was so close to all of the mountains that we snowboarded at, and was so cozy for two. We bought groceries and were able to cook at home and take our lunches to the mountain... we had delicious stir fry!! If you want to runaway for multiple days, this is the perfect spot to settle into. We would love to come back and do it all over again!

Nice, clean studio with great location for anyone skiing Snowbird/Alta. Would definitely rent it again if I have the opportunity to return.

Great location, very comfy couch and even more comfy bed. Welcome basket and all of the expected amenities. The owners were nice and welcoming and had compiled a top notch list of local restaurant and coffee recommendations.

Beautiful property at the base of little cottonwood! 10 min drive to snowbird. Austin and Isabel even came by to help set up Netflix, highly recommend!
