The homestay is around 3km from George Town, around 30 mins to airport and beach, which is a nice distance. The room was really clean and spacious, the view from window was superb. Staff was super nice and helpful, they promptly respond and assist if there is any issue

Nothing, everything was perfect

That's the coziest room we've had in Malaysia! The view is fantastic, room is one-bedroom apartment, spacious, very clean, having kitchen and a lot of appliances, including water filter and heating device. They even provide a playstation! The amenities at the building are great! Swimming pool is big, clean and not so populated, ping pong table room is nice too) the residence complex is easily accessible by taxi or bus to the center of Georgetown. And there is a ln awesome sushi restaurant in the building and roll train:)

Great apartment, fantastic organisation of contact, keys pick up etc, very friendly owners, best comfortable bed ever!

Perhaps the bathroom could be a bit better cleaned but ok in general , we understand that the humide climate does not help:)

Gute Lage, viele Geschäfte in der Nähe, Swimmingpool und Fitnessraum kann genutzt werden. Klimaanlage im Appartment hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Bis auf die vielen Firecracker draußen rund um Chinese New Year und die regelmäßigen Gebetsrufe über Lautsprecher war es relativ ruhig. Die Waschmaschine war super, der Kühlschrank groß, mit Tiefkühlfach, und auch das Bett sehr gut und bequem. Bei Problemen wurde immer schnell reagiert und meist Abhilfe geschaffen.

Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr basic, richtig kochen ist etwas schwierig (nur ein Topf, eine Pfanne ohne Deckel, kein Durchschlag, Salatschüssel o.ä. Nur sehr wenig Geschirr und Besteck.) Die Ausstattung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und das Ambiente leicht schmuddelig, das Schlafsofa kaum zu gebrauchen. Für eine Person reicht der Platz gerade eben, insgesamt ist das Appartment recht beengt - nächstes Mal würde ich ein größeres nehmen.

Small and cozy apartment with a great view from the bed. I think we have never slept so close to a view! Clean sheets and towels!

Some things were not properly cleaned (washing machine, if you intend to use it) and the pantry had an awful smell. Otherwise a great stay! :)

The view from the apartment was stunning, very spacious and perfect even for longer stays

The toilet desk looked very dirty, would be good to change it to the new one. The whole bathroom looked like it would need a deeper cleaning. Also sometimes we had to wait for the elevator few minutes

Car park is the worst I ever seen.. I wonder who would approval such a narrow spiral ramp. Bcs of this I need to park my car and use the Grab. PS3 is just for gimmicks, 2 rubbish game 😅.

Es ist ein sehr schönes gemütliches Appartment. In der Küche gibt es einen Wasserkocher, einen Toaster und sogar Herdplatten. Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine in dem Appartment. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Wohnungstür war zusätzlich mit einer Gittertür gesichert. Am kleinen Balkon hat man sogar die Möglichkeit Wäsche aufzuhängen.

Die Ausstattung ist besonders hervorzuheben. Da war an alles gedacht.

The room is very comfortable, neat and tidy when first to went in. Kitchen utensils such as pan, oven, induction cooktop and etc are provided. Washing machine was provided as well. I was really enjoyed stayed there for 2 nights. Additionally, the service attitudes from the team was very sincere. They replied the message very quickly and was able to solve the problem promptly. I appreciate it. Thanks a lot !

This cosy apartment was ideal for a longer stay. It's small but has the bedroom and kitchen separate. With the great setup, soundproofing, and good lighting plan, it made us feel home there quickly. The staff were super helpful and responsive to anything we needed. It was nice to be able to use the pool and gym. Jeloting is a great neighbourhood with its own shops and plenty of restaurants/foodstalls, thats not overly touristic. And it's just one bus or affordable grab ride to GeorgeTown. There is a yoga centre (the yogaloft) in the same building.

The badroom needs some updating. (Fine to use but somewhat worn out)

Sehr gute Ausstattung und saubere Küchenutensilien. Wasserfilter in der Spüle. Apartment durch zusätzliche Gittertür gesichert. Sehr gutes WLAN. Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Herd vorhanden. Zusätzlicher Standventilator.

Waschmaschine vorhanden, jedoch kein Wäscheständer. Das Bad war leider nicht sehr sauber. Toilette bräuchte eine neue Toilettenbrille und die Dusche müsste mal entkalkt werden. Hellhöriges Zimmer. Dadurch hörten wir die Bauarbeiten direkt auf unserer Etage. Instabile und unbequeme Couch.

Great view of the city from the bed, that was the highlight for us, to be on the 27th floor. Large swimming pool with great views to the Butterworth bridge. The flat had a water filter, that was fantastic because we didn’t need to keep buying bottles of water, we just reused the same one. Bed was very comfortable.

It wasn’t in town centre, so we had to catch the bus or a Grab, it was a short journey. It was very close to the Fisherman’s market. There were no batteries for the tv remote control, not a big deal as we spent most of the time out.

I like the facilities very much especially the tv with netflix youtube and the kitchen equipment.

The bed is very dirty.We feel itchy and we saw few white colour small bugs on the bed.We sleep on the sofa whole night.We hope this problem can be solved.
