This property has the best view! It was clean and beautiful. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare meals. I LOVED the high sealing!!! It’s funny because our children have never experienced condo/apartment living but the ceilings have a huge feel. They were saying “this place is huge!” The balcony has the perfect ocean view! Love it!!

This condo was exactly what it was described as. Every picture was accurate. Beautiful ocean view. Quick and easy beach access. An absolute dream.

Right across from the beach and very spacious, so we loved this place. There was some construction noise below us which disturbed us some of the time. The property manager was very attentive about checking in but not able to do anything about the construction.

We had a great stay. Property clean, and updated. Great location! Only drawback was the gym wasn’t accessible and the bed in the Master was horrible! It was thin, sunk down in the middle and was very uncomfortable.

Highly recommend this house # 313 with ocean view, very short distant to the beach. Beach is clean, quiet, empty compared with Board walk area. There are also 5 lifeguards which is a plus. Huge sitting room and bed room with double sink, shower and jacuzzi . Absolutely satisfied!

the location and views were spectacular. Proximity to store, beach, were ideal. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the actual condo. While it was clearly new it was tired and NOT fresh. I was surprised the property management company had not advised the owners to improve the condition of the condo. The rugs needs cleaning, the curtains are torn and not attached properly, there was lots of clutter in every closet and the couch had to be covered with a sheet to enjoy (thankfully I had a brought along an extra). Also, I was surprised that some basic necessities were not included, dish soap, extra trash bags, even a bar of soap. That being said it was a wonderful location but did find it a bit difficult to relax as it was a bit uncomfortable. Lastly, I was disappointed with the response from the property management company when I called about my concerns - which is what ultimately lead to this less than stellar review. Their response was to have someone come and clean up - but it really should have been done before my arrival and was not appropriate to have my vacation disrupted or more importantly during these "covid times" to be subjected to unnecessary exposure. I would not rent a property that uses this management company again. thank you.

The kitchen table was not even wiped off from previous renters, the shower was so dirty, someone put food in the garbage disposal and it doesn't even work, it smelled horrible. I wish there had been a note or sign for renters NOT to use it. We were told the pool was open when we asked a few days before our stay, which it was closed. Overall it was a very nice place but just needs a good scrubbing. We would definitely stay again. Just would prefer it to be a little cleaner.

Spacious condo with ocean side balcony. Clean. Comfortable. Peaceful. Extremely convenient (grocery store & restaurant). No complaints!
