Property Manager was on time to check us in, and provided us with info to get around town. Afterwards we were out about having a good time! For 3 people it was plenty spacious for everyone to relax and chill in your area when u wanted. Enjoyed the personal pool and rooftop area mostly. We shall return again. Thank you Paul for having us.

We spent Christmas as a family of five here and had a wonderful time. The house was spacious and well laid out so everyone had their space. We would adventure by day and then enjoy the pool and basketball courts at night. Safe to let the kids walk around freely and meet neighbors. The onsite restaurant was lovely. The central location along the northern coast allowed us to access the lush forests of Puerto Plata and the flawless beaches of Playa Grande to the East. We truly felt like we experienced the country and culture. Highly recommend!

The property was very nice. Everything we used worked very well. The check in/out process was very quick and easy. I would definitely refer this property to any of my family or friends.

All around great stay. The house is lovely, super clean and very comfortable. The SOV community has 2 gorgeous pool areas that were virtually empty during our mid-December stay, tennis courts and a gym that you can use for small fees and Maria's restaurant is a 5 minute walk from the house. The beaches in the complex were small and not open for swimming (at least when we were there), but they were empty and picturesque.

The villa and the community were both fantastic - could not have asked for more. Alex, the property manager, was super responsive and helpful with everything.

The location of the Villa is great and Paul's proactiveness with communication was a breath of fresh air. Having previously stayed at the condos on the beach side for substantially more cost, Serenity is a great deal.

Our party of four completely loved our time at this beautiful home. It was so relaxing and we loved our times in the tropical sun around the refreshing pool. A good time had by all!

First time to Sosua and did not know what to expect. The family had a great time and the property was exactly as described. Our kids were in the pool day and night. Alex, the property manager was very helpful and we had no issues. Looking forward to our next trip to Sosua.

The Villa was a great, very clean the pool was wonderful, would of liked the ability to have the inside space a little cooler temperature in bedrooms approx 25 Celsius alittle warm
Owner easily accessible and Alex was great greeting us and ensure things where good when leaving

Everything was just as perfect as described and pictured. We are a family of 5 with kinds 13, 10 & 9. The community and the pool(s), especially the one at the house, was a saving grace for the parents! Ha! Alex and his team (Joel/Alexis & Annie) were amazing, we felt welcomed and taken care of with whatever we may have needed. Thank you, we were extremely happy with everything and appreciate all the attention provided and helping us make our Christmas & New Years Holiday as perfect as expected.

Paul And Alex we're superb hosts. They made sure we had everything from a driver to a chef. The driver Joel was our best friend there. We told him what we wanted and he delivered every time beyond our expectations from the grocery store, to elegant restaurants and non-crowded excursions. We told Joel what times we wanted to go places and be picked up and he was the best, punctual and professional with a great spirit. The house was beautiful and we slept like babies. We will most definitely be returning with our favorite people again. Best vacay stay and location I've stayed at hands down. Everyone was so nice and the communication was unmatched.

This property is you can ask when vacationing with family. The pool was suoer clean, the rooms were very clean but also spacious and every room has its own bathroom.

Beautiful home. Stereo system has an aux cable. Please bring a device that will connect. My Iphone needed the special cable. A blue tooth connection would have been great. Wonderful home
