The hotel was very grand and lovely. The owners were amazing, couldn’t do enough for us.

Excellent location, parking available on the grounds, fabulous breakfast, lovely friendly, helpful hosts. We've stayed in Llandudno a few times at different places but we will definitely be booking in here from now on. 10/10

I had a very good cooked breakfast. Plenty of it, with offers of more toast or coffee if i wanted it. Complimentary shampoo and shower gel. Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, with more downstairs if required.

Breakfast was great. Ian and Shelley were the prefect hosts - incredibly friendly people. We would certainly stay with them again if we returned to Llandudno. We had some stormy weather with very high winds; but our room was always very warm and cosy to return to. Room was immaculately decorated; the hotel is a fascinating building. We had a bath and a shower. We got delayed due to an accident on the M40, and rang to say we'd be a little late. Ian greeted us at the door and insisted on carrying our bags. He gave us discount cards for 3 restaurants, two of which we used. Parking was a key Annan Hotel bonus, as most places in the town do not offer parking.
