Our family loves this house. Perfectly comfortable for a family of 10 it’s not over crowded. Of course our favorite spot is the dock. Adults fishing one side kids are swimming in the other. Kids love the fact they have a tv on the dock. Most definitely be back for a 3rd time.

It started a little rocky: When we arrived the code to door did not work so I had to contact Mgr, who said the code was not set up but she would set and gave us the new code. I asked her specifically if they had a Keuriq coffee machine before our arrival and when we got there - no Keuriq. We had to buy one because we brought so much Keuriq pods. The rooms upstairs are large but the two rooms downstairs are pretty small to move around in or put any luggage at all. The whole house needs a good deep cleaning inside. The actual house where it sits and how far it is from dock is awesome! The set up of the dock is awesome too, you have plenty of room to sit in shade or sun and also swim. We had great time using canoes and also rented boats and all they had to do is come in the slip - it’s just so easy. We have two elderly parents and they got around a lot better at this type of set up where there isn’t very many steps, it is fairly flat, so it worked out perfectly.

We (28 adults) rented the three houses, which are a short walk from each other. They were clean, well kept, well stocked and the AC worked great. Kim and Alex were terrific and responsive. We loved the docks, screened in porches, security of the gated community and quietness of the cove. We had a great time and would highly recommend any of these rentals.

The home was just as the reviews stated - perfect for family! We will definitely use this host again - the home was perfectly cleaned and ready for us!!

Ten of us (5 couples) enjoyed our Fall Getaway at this property. Our (adult) kids and some of their friends had rented this home last summer and loved it, so we knew we would love it, too. It was a great choice.

Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pans, dishes, etc.

The house was spectacular with an amazing view of the lake. The screened in porch was comfortable so you could eat outside without dealing with the bugs. The dock was awesome! My family enjoyed watching the football game while sitting on the dock. It was a great time for us to catch up and relax!

We went last weekend for our friends getaway, it was absolutely a perfect place to stay. The seven steps to the dock was the best thing, we were able to watch the Chiefs game on the dock. Very peaceful cove, and kayaks were a great plus we will definitely be back to this rental. Kim was a great host!

House is beautiful and in a perfect location. We had a total of 10 of us from age 2-44 and had plenty of room for all of us. We barely left the house because we had everything we needed. We fished the kids pretty much stayed in the water. For a holiday weekend the cove was pretty quite. House was extremely clean and ready for us. Hopefully we will be back again!!

In 11 years of family vacations at the Ozarks, this was the best place for us. We spent most of our time on the dock fishing, swimming, tubing, eating and watching the Cardinals. We caught enough fish for a fish fry. The house had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cookware. The owner Kim was quick to respond to our questions. We had an a/c issue which Kim resolved for us. Would definitely stay again.

This is the 2nd time at this property, and loved it both times. Everything is as described. We spend most of our time on the dock and love how it's only a few steps from the house. The house had plenty of room for our group of 9. Communication with owners is always easy and Kim is quick to answer any questions. Will either be back to this property or may try out one of their others!!

We came for a weekend with friends for a concert and had a wonderful stay. Kim was very easy to work with. The property was clean and the such was awesome. Love the location on a peaceful cove. Would definitely go back!
