The place was exactly as described. More of a hotel room than a typical vacation rental, but that is what is described. It’s a prefect place to sleep while exploring Telluride.

Such a peaceful location along the riverside trail! We appreciated the dog friendly atmosphere and quick check in/out. The room was great and the window/fan combo worked fine - no A/C needed. Parking was a bit difficult initially but the secondary lot was steps away and they provided helpful instructions.

Beyond bad. We were locked out of the room. The property manager provided an incorrect code to open the door to the room. Even worse, the property failed to answer the emergency after- hours number and we had to call the police. Requested a refund.

Easy walk to Lift 7 and the gondola. Our room was just what we needed to ski and explore Telluride over a long weekend. Very clean, and the staff was helpful when we had questions.

Very nice if you’re only sleeping there. Nice clean room, pretty tight but just enough to sleep while getting your skiing in. Staff was very helpful. Not near gondola but very walkable to Coonskin Lift!

The staff was courteous and friendly and the room exactly as advertised. It is within walking distance of downtown and is right off the river. I would definitely stay here again

The Mountain side inn is in a great location. We were able to access all the local trails, shops and restaurants from our room. We didn’t need to drive anywhere. The staff was very friendly and gave us some nice local tips on trails and town happenings. We will be back!

Great location within a short walk to restaurants, shopping and the gondola. Not much of a view, but you're not going to want to sit in your room with so much to see and do in Telluride. Room was clean and comfortable.

We were satisfied with this property, however, the listing misleadingly states that it includes a parking space. That's true if you consider having to park in the Public Lot next door, but there are no guaranteed spots in the lot at the unit. Not a deal breaker though. Super convenient for walking into town. It would be nice if the unit had a top down shade on the window since it opens directly onto the driveway into the interior courtyard parking lot. Keeping the shade closed for privacy makes the room dark. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

We found it to be a beautiful neighborhood close to the river plenty of walking and trails. Our room was just a normal room.

Check in after hours in the dark is confusing because we had to park in an overflow lot. In the daylight the following morning all was clear- the drive to the lot is about 0.3 miles or so, but there is a pedestrian shortcut if you see it.

Overall, our room was just as described. The location was awesome! Located right next to the river trail making for a quick walk to Main Street, the gondola, and more. The price was right for what you get at the Mountainside Inn. Nothing overly luxurious but comfortable and clean. The only thing I would change in our room would be to update the shower.

Only stayed one night but the room was very clean and in a terrific location to walk to all the shops and restaurants. Would def stay again.

Perfect location, had a nice trail to walk to town! Only complaint was our room faced to driveway and parking lot, so very noisy when windows were open.

The window is right on the road in and out to the complex so it’s quite noisy and you have to keep the shade down for privacy. A bit tricky in the summer when you want windows open for cool air. There was a fan provided so that helped to cool down and as white noise. Prob not a good choice if you are a light sleeper.

Very cute one bedroom place that was relatively affordable for Telluride prices! It was clean, updated and an easy walk to town. Only downsides was being on the ground floor w the window opening to the parking lot which was quite busy, so windows couldn't be opened. I thought it was on the creek that was a bummer. Otherwise great spot and would stay again.

My husband and I really enjoyed the property! The room was super cozy, perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Staff was very friendly , we will definitely be back!

Property was very clean. We would have like something a little larger so we could have spent more time in the room. Great location and friendly staff. Will request a larger room next time.

The value of this property for the location is outstanding. Right on the river walk and just a few blocks from downtown. Quiet location set back off the Main Street. Check in was easy and overflow parking is located right around the corner. Would absolutely stay again!

Perfect location, awesome space. It was unclear that it would be a hotel style room when the photos of the room on VRBO lead me to believe we would have a kitchen, but that turned out to be a great thing because we were able to enjoy the amazing restaurants of the town!

Older building but as expected given description. Location was perfect and for the cost it was worth it. Recommend addition of screen curtains/top to bottom shades to allow sunlight inside without direct view of street and people walking by. Wish the hot tub was larger as pictured. Issue was there were always children in the hot tub which made it difficult to relax after a day of skiing. I would recommend hot tub off hours for adults only.

This property is located in the heart of the town and there’s a short walk to everything. The staff are wonderful and very customer service focused. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a bike race with our dog. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small but the most reasonably priced around and in a very convenient location. We were able to walk to dinner every night and getting to the ski area was a close walk/ride or drive to the Mountain Village side. We'll definitely be staying here again for visits in Telluride.

We're from western Colorado, come up a few times a year, this was an overnighter with a dog, great time for all of us.
