View is amazing. The place was very clean and as advertised. We ran into some minor issues with the property (hot water was off) but management responded promptly and fixed the issue immediately. They were very easy to contact. Check in and check out was a breeze. Only thing I didn't expect was that the kitchen was not stocked with cooking supplies such as oil, sugar etc. but I still give them 5 stars.

The ocean and sunset views are amazing here and along with the ocean breeze and the sound of the surf made for a very refreshing stay. The pier and downtown is close by and the harbor is not much farther. The condo is set up well for large groups (two sets of washers/dryers). The only issues we had during our 10-day stay were: 1) preheating the oven set off the fire alarm but turning on the exhaust fan quickly solved the problem and 2) construction noise (which usually started around 7am during the week) from the property next door was an annoying alarm clock when we left the windows open but otherwise wasn't too bad and we appreciated the discount on the rate.

Beautiful house with easy check in and check out procedures. The windows in the main living room opened up to a beautiful view of the ocean and a great ocean breeze. While staying at the house, the fire alarm went off twice in different units, but other than that, we enjoyed our weekend stay.

The underground parking and elevator made it easy to unload our gear and settle in quickly. The 1/4 mile walk to the beach was doable, but bring a wagon to help transport your chairs, cooler and sand toys.

Within the first 18 hours in the property, we had the fire department come twice and the police department once. All the fire alarms went off the first night twice and the fire department came and reset once and then had to remove the second time. The fire department was clear in advising us they’d been at this unit multiple times for faulty wiring. There was no answer at the management company’s off hours emergency number. The next morning, our family’s car was broken into and damaged in the building garage, prompting the police call. Upon calling the management office to request the security tape from garage camera, we were told the camera doesn’t work. Management did send someone to replace the smoke detectors but they went off again and also had to be disconnected. Upon speaking with the management office again they were extremely dismissive and never sent anyone back to fix. This may not be a big issue for some, but one of our guests just had their house burn down a few months ago and lost everything. This was supposed to be a relaxing vacation but to see someone crying uncontrollably due to that trauma when the piercing alarms went off was so upsetting. As for the car break in, the response from management was “not our responsibility”. So in addition to our emotional toll, there was additional financial cost incurred. The townhouse is not in a safe area. There is not a beach in front just boulders. Highly recommend avoiding this property and management company. VRBO should drop from their client list. Why associate with a company who does not share your good customer relations values.

We had a great time at this rental property in Oceanside. Three adults and 4 teens/kids stayed and we had room to spare. The view is amazing. The adults spent most of our time sitting on the couch in front of the huge sliding window that overlooked the ocean taking in the views and enjoying the amazing ocean breeze. The kids loved the spa. The two underground reserved parking spaces were nice, though it was definitely a tight fit getting two mid size SUVs to fit. About a 20 minute walk down the strand to the closest sandy beach. The balcony was a little dirty, and the elevator and other common areas could use a good cleaning. Inside, the rental was very clean. Plenty of towels and the two sets of washers and dryers was very convenient. Overall we had a great stay and we all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the hot tub and endless ocean views. We were, however, disappointed that upon arrival the kitchen counters and floors were dirty. What I did appreciate was that the rental company offered to send someone over to clean. They were extremely responsive whenever we had an issue and very easy to reach via text. I would definitely rent from them again. Due to COVID, we cooked in all of our meals and enjoyed the view! We did take nice walks outside on the strand. Great location!

The wifi was not good at all, or called service. The early check out , was no in line with other stays i had with VRBO. The lobby and oceanside of the building needed some curb appeal. Bedrooms should be equipment with TVs.

We hosted our kids to stay here with us to celebrate our birthdays. The location was great. Never heard any noise from the other 5 units. The location was great. Not far from the pier and beach area. The area over all had a safe feeling. Everything was great. We truly enjoyed our stay and didn't really leave the property

We had problems this time with unauthorized people accessing the rooftop. One of the coded gates was off so anyone from the lower levels or off the street if the street gate is not fastened, could ride the elevator to the roof. 4 couples were there for over 4 hours one day! The office was able to loan us the elevator key to turn off the access so that helped. But hopefully the coded gate will be replaced soon. There is often a problem with the roof top use. One of the days we were there, a large family in the adjacent unit, who had access to the roof, used the entire roof to do a family project. Something needs to be written to define whether the entire roof is available to both units who have reserved the rooftop or how you decide who uses the entire thing when; or if you are only allowed to use the half that goes with the unit you have reserved. It would be helpful to have an electric grill in the kitchen and some mixing bowls. It would also be helpful to consolidate the kitchen utensils enough to have room to put some food. The beach towels were the same solid color as the bath towels so it was difficult for the children to distinguish. Don't get take out or pick up a catered dinner from Los Tacos! They didn't include 4 of the items that are on the printed order form for our taco bar (pico de gallo, lettuce, cabbage and guacamole) . Very disappointed that when we called back about it they offered no apology, said it was too late to get it that evening, but maybe they could give us the lettuce, cabbage and pico if we came by the next day!

We were literally steps away from the ocean! The folks could not have been more helpful....we also received a discount for repeat business. This property is breathtaking. Walk in to an ocean view. We initially booked 3 days but decided to splurge on a 4th day and we are glad we did so. The trip was incredibly relaxing with the beautiful view and constant sound of waves crashing. We loved our stay!
