We loved staying here!! We had plenty of room and the beach wasn’t too crowded. We will definitely be back next year. The owners were great and very helpful.

Beautiful oceanfront property that is close to many restaurants, bakeries, shopping, gas stations, etc. we loved it!

Very nice third floor condo steps away from the beach beautiful Gulf views. Nice floorplan for entertaining with open plant kitchen dining entertainment area. Clean, well organized and thought out. Management company was flexible on checkout time which we appreciate it.

This condo delivered just as promised! Clean, great view, comfortable beds and furniture. We four adults appreciated having three large beds. Covered parking is a plus. Everything worked as it should. We would return.

Location, Location, Location!! This is a very nice property on one of our favorite areas of Gulf Blvd. Everything we needed for a week on the beach or a day at the pool was there! Located close to our favorite restaurants, grocers, and shops....we had an excellent stay. Ken and Ellen are excellent with communication and always responded. We look forward to future contact and thank them for trusting us in their property. Thank you!

Our extended family group of six enjoyed a wonderful week at this great condo! The sunsets and expansive beachfront views were stunning - we loved the balcony. The condo was clean and spacious with all of the supplies you need for family cooking. The pool area was well-maintained with lots of space; it was easy to find a shady spot, and never too crowded. Communication with the owners was great, and the location of the property can't be beat! We will be back!

Spent time with our daughter and grandsons. The sleeping arrangements were perfect. Beautiful beach and lovely salt water pool. Sunset views from the balcony were stunning. Lots of memories made ❤️

Great location. Beautiful view. Easy beach access, parking, everything! Communication was incredible. The washer had failed the week before, and we were told about it before we ever got there and when the replacement was coming. Great folks to rent from.

My family and I were able to spend a wonderful week at this spacious, clean, and comfortable place overlooking the ocean. It was a perfect location and allowed 10 of us to gather with enough room and all amenities. The host is amazing. He promptly answered questions we had and was generous to safely return an item we accidentally left behind after departure.

This condo was perfect for our family's visit to FL. The views were stunning. We had all the space we needed, it was easy to find and centrally located between St Pete's and Clearwater. We would come back here again if we are ever in the area!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Only issue was a small bit of black mold in the master bathroom shower. Could stand a good cleaning with bleach. Everything else was clean and lovely. Would definitely love to stay here again!

My husband and two daughters wanted to get away for a week to unwind after the crazy year. The condo was so perfect for us. We wanted to spend time away from big groups of people and the beach was perfect for that. We also did some hiking and outdoor explorations. The location was so close to everything - less than a half an hour away for us. The condo was the perfect size and everything we needed was there. We mostly sat outside on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The sunsets were out of this world and we saw dolphins swim by. We hated to leave but we cannot wait to return next year!

Condo was exactly as described. Very roomy and kitchen had everything we needed. Nice washer/dryer in the unit was a plus. Comfy beds and large master. Balcony area was very large with en-suite. Pool area was nice with heated pool and hot tub and grilling area. Very close to the water on a very clean beach. We will stay there again!!

Our family is no stranger to trips to Florida over the holidays. We are a family of six, including 3 teenagers now, so we need something spacious. We also love to be at the beach, so we go out of our way for a "great view" of the ocean and sunsets. This place has it all!Very spacious and clean, GREAT views of the beach and Gulf out the living room windows, BIG porch area (3 floors up), and master bedroom. Enjoyed falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean each night. Easy up and down to the beach, pool (with hot tub!), and also very secure.Great beach for walks, laying out, playing volleyball, and watching GORGEOUS sunsets. We love to make our own meals and the kitchen and dining areas were up to the challenge! There are also gas grills on the pool deck which we used a couple of evenings. There are plenty of shopping options within minutes (groceries, restaurants, souvenirs). The owners did an excellent job of communicating ahead of our stay and responded quickly when needed.Loved our time, would love to come back, and would recommend to anyone - especially if you need to spread out with a larger family.

The property was a perfect location right on the quiet beach and was well stocked. Our family greatly appreciated all of the beach and pool toys, chairs and cooler already stocked in the condo! The check in was easy, the owners were very responsive and the guests/residents we met during our stay were super friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a last minute trip for us, so we were very fortunate to find this place. The room was very clean and the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful, looking out over the gulf, with the prettiest sunsets. The room was supplied with everything you could need. Beach chairs and an umbrella, towels and a cooler, and the kitchen had everything we needed as well. We brought our bikes with us and were able to ride up and down the beach and all over the town, as they have a designated lane for bikes, which is very nice. Lots of good restaurants close by and a couple cute coffee shops. The owners were very easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Indian Shores area! We had a great time, thank you Ken and Ellen!

Very nice unit with a million dollar view of the beach. The size of the unit was plenty for 5 adults and the beds were all very comfortable. Being so close to the beach made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay at this well equipped place again. Nice job Ken and Ellan; your personal touches were appreciated.
