We, the grandparents, had a fantastic time with our sons and grandchildren at your property. The extra space was much loved by our two young toddlers and their parents. While we would have loved to stay longer, it just wasn't feasible for our out-of-state members. Being able to stay together for less than a week was appreciated more than you can know. We've rented many vacation homes and this one was by far the best stocked and so nice to have the cart and chairs! Thank you so much for sharing your home and for giving us some priceless moments with our family.

We had another wonderful year! Between our friends and us, we had 5 young kids and the house is perfect for young ones. Spacious, kid proof, close to the beach, funland and an amazing playground- you can’t ask for more! We are so thankful for this year 2 tradition and Lynn’s wonderful home!

We had a fantastic stay! Lynn was super communicative throughout the process and check in was a breeze. Easy walk to the beach but tucked in a quiet neighborhood at the same time. Would definitely stay there again!

Lynn was a great host and very attentive to all things around the house. It is very convenient to walk to the Main Street as well as the beach, and great chairs and umbrellas during our time there. I’d definitely recommend this as a great place to stay in rehoboth.

Well-located, able to walk downtown, parking for 2 cars in driveway, large rooms, great TV, a very comfortable place to stay with nice, helpful and responsive landlords. The house comes with 2 parking passes that enable guests to park at the beach and on residential streets.

Met family for 75th birthday celebration. Location is close to town and within walking distance of beach. Well stocked house. We did have to bring our own towels and linens. Recommend.

The place is really big so great for groups! Walking distance to the beach. Lynn was very nice and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!

Plenty of room for all 6 teens and us The kitchen was better supplied than most rentals I've had. The boys enjoyed their own deck up top while the adults hung in the backyard. The beach wagons and chairs/umbrellas worked well. Parking was easy. Our treks to the beach were reasonable and proximity to restaurants was good as well. Owners were very helpful and easy to deal with, logistics went very smoothly.

Rental arrangements couldn’t be easier, price was great, property owner was friendly, attentive, communicative, and responsive. We were comfortable and felt welcome the entire week. Two families - four adults, four kids. House hd everything we needed.

We had a wonderful girls trip and loved the house. It had everything we needed, which was great since we were traveling in from different places. Having a beach wagon, chairs, and umbrella already at the beach house made packing so much easier.

The home is great for a large family. Everything you need for the beach was provided. Very clean. Nice quiet shady backyard. The owner was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Everything went smoothly. Communication was excellent. The house had everything we could want and it's in a great location (close to beach, close to restaurants, etc.).

We had a great experience staying at this property. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 kids, 8 and under. Note that the main level does not have a shower unless you count the outside one and of which one adult in our group used often to avoid the wait for the upstairs showers. It is an easy maybe 15 min walk to the boardwalk and beach if you are up to it and an even shorter walk down the street to Silver Lake which is filled with turtles, which is also right across the bridge from a fabulous playground at Rehoboth Elementary. We also checked out Delaware Seashore and Cape Henlopen State Parks. I’d recommend bringing your own sand toys but otherwise, the house was stocked well with beach chairs and umbrellas and a wagon to drag everything on to the beach. It was a bummer that sheets and towels were not included but the house was overflowing with other unexpected things like paper towels, toilet paper, plastic tableware, paper plates and even birthday candles! It was a great stay!

Lynn's house was so perfect for our group of 5! We came to celebrate my friend's 30th birthday and were thrilled with how perfect the place was for a fun weekend. The neighborhood is adorable, the house is spacious (loved the deck!), and we loved how walkable the location is. Definitely hope we get a chance to return next summer!

Lynn called me and allowed the group to enter the house early on a holiday weekend. The home is so close to everything you could need in the town and they provided parking passes so you could drive closer to the beach. We had a great time and the property is in the perfect spot of town to walk to everything.

We had a wonderful stay here with our children and grandchildren. The house living spaces are nicely laid out including convenient rooms for little ones. Two spacious bathrooms included tubs, convenient for bathing little ones, and one bath had double sinks. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals. It was a bonus to have most of the beach equipment we needed including umbrellas, chairs and a beach wagon. Owner offered great tips in the house information binder. Would stay here again.

Everything is as described. Cleanliness is a 5 out of 5. We decided to drive to the beach most days because it is a little far for littles ones to walk. Property owner/manager was great to work with thru the entire process. Loved the little back yard area. Would definitely stay at this property again if we were to go back to the area.
