The person in charge is very helpful, he been waited us at the jetty and arranged taxi and car renting for us, this villa is hygienic, cozy, have all facilities that suppose to have, we are so satisfied.

Everything! Everything was just too nice. Value for money. The Ah Kiat uncle was very sweet and kind. The house is super clean. Bed were so comfortable to sleep on.

The location was good. Near to Jetty and other convenient stores .
The rooms were equipped minimally. No mirrors or tables. Pillows provided were really bad in all rooms. None of the guest had a good sleep. End up with neck pain and discomfort. For the price charged, the owner should at least provide comfortable pillows. Cleanliness needed improvement too. We found hair under the bed and also on the mattress. Perhaps from previous guests. We had to sweep and clean the rooms. And also suspected the bedsheet and blankets are not changed after each reservation.

The sink at the kitchen needs to be repaired

- near to Pasir Bogak (but we didn’t walk as you need to go around the house area, passing the guard house to be able to go to the beach)
- near to Pangkor town
- AC in every room and its cold
- Water heater works well
- Generous amount of queen beds (2 in each room)
- Big dining table
- Huge tv
- Have youtube and netflix
- Have shower and pipes outside the house for after playing at the beach
- Spacious common area
- Fast respond from owner when we have issues with the facilities
- We experienced wifi issues as the modem/router was not functioning well. Mobile coverage at the housing area is bad. (but wifi issue was fixed twice by owner)
- Couches are not comfortable at all. Not much cushioning
- The drain pipe at the sink was broken causing minor flooding in the kitchen area (but it was fixed the next day after notifying the owner)
- Tv graphics are not clear. Have problem with the screen

Everything is great.. Saw some improvement from previous tenants. Good.
It is near to the beach.. But the gate locked.. Need to make a long walk to reach the beach. Its fine since we rent a bike.
