We really enjoy our stay in chalet. It was clean and we have e erything what we needed. The place around its beautiful. Really recommend for anyone. Neighbours were great. We had a good time. Thank you Shirley and Steve for you hospitality.

The host, Shirley was amazing. The line of communication was really great and she was quick to respond to our messages and was ready to help when needed. The property was nice and clean and just as it was advertised. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. There are really nice beaches within walking distance from the property. The neighbours are very nice and welcoming and the estate is quiet and safe. I’ll definitely recommend it for everyone.

We loved the view and adore the area. Close to Plymouth. The Chalet has one of the best positions slightly higher than the others. A perfekt view of the sea. At night the moon would shine the most romantic reflection on the sea. Amazing for hikers. Vehicles are du ire in a paid parking area that gets locked up at 19:30. We would definitely recommend this Chalet.

This isn’t a big property (not an issue for us) but more than makes up for it with its location. . . Fantastic rural location yet only minutes from Plymouth. The boat from Mountbatten to Plymouth Barbican Marina runs regularly and is quick and cheap and there is free parking making it easy. The views are just stunning and also interesting with plenty of nautical activity, with great outdoor space to enjoy it all from. . Lovely beaches nearby and a great base to explore from. Coastal walks a plenty although having a 5 year old with us made it difficult to enjoy them. Pate and Den are lovely neighbours and their dog Pippa is delightful. We hope to be back at some point. Best UK holiday location I’ve had 💙 we didn’t actually meet Steve and Shirley but they couldn’t have been more helpful.

It was our most wonderful holiday. Everything was exactly as it is in the pictures in the ad. View of millions, very kind and friendly neighbors. And a very detailed and accurate letter from the property owners. No stress, just relaxation. Thank you for a fabulous place.

We had a fantastic holiday staying in this wonderful chalet. Shirley was very welcoming and helpful and the chalet was very comfortable and well equipped. The park is lovely and quiet, although was popular during the day given the glorious weather we had during our stay. We completely fell in love with the most amazing views, there’s also a choice of beaches and plenty of walks for all abilities. It’s a good location for exploring the area, our National Trust cards had a few outings.

Absolutely loved staying at this gorgeous chalet. The view of Plymouth Sound was outstanding I woke every morning looking at the sun rise then embraced the sunset! It is by far a hidden little gem. And I found perfect peace. 🙏

Had a lovely stay in October half term. Amazing views of the sea from the chalet. 2 cafes and 2 great pubs all within walking distance. Lovely coastal walks. Accommodation was basic (it is a chalet) but clean, comfortable and well equipped. Great value for money - view and location were unbeatable. Thank for a lovely stay.

We spent two weeks enjoying the spectacular views and peaceful surroundings of bovisand beach. The communication with Shirley was great, and the chalet was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We had a lovely family holiday..

The sea and beach are a stone’s throw away and the southwest coastal walk is on the doorstep. Both pubs within walking distance, The Mussel Inn and The Eddystone are friendly and welcoming with really good food.

(Stunning) The chalet kitchen is fully equipped everything you could need for your stay. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay away from the rat race of every day life. I even joked with my husband saying I could work from there so I wouldn't need to go home.... Shirley is a wonderful host and the wonderful neighbours who were there to give us any help we needed. 5 star stay.

This is an idyllic spot overlooking the entrance to Plymouth Harbour and a 5 Star view of Plymouth Breakwater. The accommodation was excellent with all you need for the time spent there. We took full advantage of the many coastal walks available, eating out on occasion at the Eddystone Inn but also preparing food at the chalet whilst keeping an eye on the many colours of the sunset as the sun disappeared over Cornwall. Fantastic week provided by lovely hosts Steve and Shirley. Already working out dates for next year. Mark and Jenny from the Midlands.

Our family (2 adults, 2 children) had a great time. Beautiful view of the sea, fantastic location. Property very well looked after with everything we needed. Super holiday - highly recommended.

Excellent week spent taking in sea views, days on the secluded beach, coastal walks and Dartmoor on the doorstep. Friendly resident neighbours willing to share best place for pint, local history and even a sewing kit. Accommodation was everything we needed; clean, well equipped and comfortable. An allocated parking space, close by but not obscuring the view, is useful too ( at £25 for the week). Being self-catering, having a couple of supermarkets 15 minutes away made a week’s shopping easy enough and the kitchen is big enough to store it all. The local area is great for keeping fit as nothing is flat! All said, this a great find and worth returning to.

Sehr schöne ruhige Aussichtslage, kurze Wege zu den Klippen und zum Strand, gute Restaurants / Pubs in 30 - 40 min Fußweg erreichbar ebenso Plymouth. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Nachbarn. Liebevoll eingerichtetes Chalet, sehr sauber, gute Betten.

Owners of this place were super friendly and helpful, as well as neighbours. Views from the location are spectacular! 100% recommend this property and we will definitely be back!
