There was no issues, everything was clearly labeled and understood. Had a flight delayed so asked the day before checkout if we could checkout 2 hours later and Allison accommodated with no issue.

This property was a great place to stay and so accommodating! A group of 21 from our church stayed here for 5 days and we slept comfortably, had plenty to room, and were very satisfied with the property! The property is nearby (within 10 minutes) several great restaurants, entertainment venues, and (within 25 minutes) of downtown SLC. The only thing better than the property was the friendliness, service, and expertise of the property manager - Ali! You won’t regret your stay here.

Great house, well located. We stayed for 4 days with 10 teenagers for a competition held in Sandy. Cooked meals in the house. Very well stocked kitchen, plenty of room and a nice backyard.

We do this trip regularly but typically stay a little closer than Draper so I had some concerns at first. By the end all concerns were erased. The location worked really well and the proximity to the airport was perfect. Our host's recommendation booklet was second to none! Great suggestions on activites, food and more.

House was very comfortable for 5 adults on a ski trip. Hot tub was awesome after a day of skiing. Very convenient location to the slopes, restaurants, and shopping. Our host Allison was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend.

We celebrated Christmas at this lovely home. The host set up a Christmas tree for us. We gathered our group of nine from across the country and were so pleased with the spacious accommodations. Everything was clean and communication with the host was fantastic. The microwave died while we were there. These things happen. Our host brought over a replacement microwave that same night (Christmas Eve!). The bedrooms feel totally decadent! The hot tub was awesome. The kitchen has almost everything and many extras (only missing a complete set of measuring spoons and cups). We were so pleased with our experience.

We really enjoyed staying at this house. For our family gathering all together for the first time in 10 years. It was a wonderful alternative to trying to squish into a hotel room. Plenty of rooms to sleep in. Close to I-15 so we could get downtown easily. The key lock didn’t work at first, but we were able to get help from the property manager who was on site. No complaints! The hot tub was a good addition! And we’re glad it was working!

Overall nice place and good location and great for a group of adults. Lots of dishes, glasses, etc but lacked some plastic bowls for smaller children. Also some games, etc for younger kids would be nice as most we have stayed in have been equipped with items to occupy them.

This house was great for our family, close to park and walking paths, grocery stores and so many restaurants. It had plenty of room for all of our family too! Good backyard area for kids to play.

Overall - not a bad place. We had a few issues and hiccups here and there but the host Ali was SUPER responsive and took care - to the best of her ability - any issues we had. I’m not sure if we’d be back again, but the openness of the downstairs is definitely a plus!

Great location and easy to communicate with property manager. We had a couple hiccups (hot tub had too much chlorine, some things could have been cleaner) but none we were concerned about enough to have fixed while we were there or that would keep us from staying again. This is our first experience with VRBO for our family and it was a good one!

This house was perfect for our stay! Our daughter got married and it was so nice to have our family stay together in one place. There were 9 of us and more than enough room. The property was exactly as it appeared online and we would rent it again if needed.

Property had plenty of beds! So if you have a big family, this place might be for you. Good communication with property owner. The master shower had black mold along the corners and bases. kitchen cabinets were a little sticky. The location was relatively close to Park city, which was great.

Very convenient to everything. Some went to snow board and others went to the zoo, aquarium, local shops and park city shops. Something for all.

Our property manager did an excellent job communicating and helping us with minor problems with the hot tub. However, the house definitely could use some TLC. Many of the chairs at the dining table were broken, ripped blankets, pull out sofa was broken, glasses were broken, and overall the house really needs a deep clean. There is someone who lives in the basement who has dogs, and the house really smells like dogs. The backyard is full of dog pee amd dog poop.
On a positive note, there is plenty of space, plenty of dishes and towels, and the location is great. Allison was very kind and responsive and let us have a late check out without hesitation.

Home was in the perfect location for our families to have a great ski week. Allison was the perfect host and was super responsive. One of 2 bedrooms downstairs did not have a door but a curtain. We just put the teens in that room so it worked out for our group but fyi.

This was a great property for a family gathering. Lots of places to sleep, a big eating area and nice jacuzzi and seating outside. Also, as a bonus, there's a big park next door with a playground for little kids and large fields for some frisbee or other family sport. Beautiful location.

The home was perfect for our family reunion. The home was just as pictured, plenty of sleeping areas, great kitchen, dining and living areas. We enjoyed the beautiful back yard each evening as well. Fabulous communication. Would recommend this property or any of Ali's properties.

Family reunion
We wanted a house for a chill, simple reunion. Plenty of space for all 16 (8 adults, 8 kids) of us. The bunk room was great for the kids. Well stocked kitchen, fast communication with owner, great wifi connection, nice fenced backyard, close to the aquarium and Salt Lake, and plenty of dining space for everyone. Would definitely recommend!

Family vacation
Had a great experience with this rental. 3 families were able to stay with plenty of room to spread out. The house was clean and the host was very responsive to anything we needed. Draper was relatively close to downtown SLC and there were plenty of grocery stores, restaurants close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location
Great location in South SLC Sandy/Draper area. Stayed here for a wedding and it worked perfectly. 6 bedrooms worked well for the group, though one was a front room with a curtain and not a door. The bunk bed room was great and they were reinforced with plywood. Master suite was large and comfortable. Some areas had bare wood in the back of the house (needs paint) and some deck boards are warped. Also while kitchen well stocked some spices and oils were well past their prime. Should be gone through periodically. Minor stuff really but the only reason I did not give it a 5/5.

Girls trip
We had a great weekend at this home with up to 13 girls (teens, young moms, moms of this mom's, and Gramma) coming and going according to their schedules. We had lots of space and plenty of sleeping accomodations for all. The reason I put 4 stars on accuracy of listing is because, based on the photos of the chairs in the living room, I assumed there were two separate living spaces, one with white chair cushions and one with grey cushions. But the cushions must have been changed at some point because there is only one gathering space. Other than that the listing was accurate, and we had everything else we needed.

Unforgettable week
We were a group of two families in town for my son’s s wedding. This house was in the perfect location to meet all our needs! Immaculately clean, comfortable beds, plenty of lawn furniture and a fire pit to enjoy the backyard. Kids spent hours in the hot tub! It’s close to the I-15 for easy access, but in an upscale neighbourhood so you feel away from the “city”. We would definitely recommend this house for any large group gathering!

This was a great, clean, well stocked home, perfect for our large group of 3 families. We reached out to the property manager a couple of times and received near-immediate responses. We will be coming back!

Best Winter Vacation Property By Far!!!!
Everything from booking to check in to check out was amazing! The Draper House definitely felt like home as if it were our own. Perfect location and close to everything you’d need. Groceries, fast food, shopping, parks, etc. We are snowboarders and this house was perfect for us! We went to Woodward Park City and Snowbird. Both places within 30 minutes of the house. Tons of snow for this winter season and the backyard was perfect for the kids to play. The park next door has an area to use sleds and let the kids play. There was not one moment we were not entertained in this house. The house was clean and everything was provided for us as far as bedding, towels, laundry soap, toiletries, cooking and baking supplies. We are already planning the trip for next December and can’t wait to be back. Definitely our go to winter vacation house!

Family Gathering for a Wedding
We had a wonderful stay. The two problems that arouse were taken care of within an hour. We had plenty of room and the grand kids loved the hot tub.
