We enjoyed the entire stay. The location is convenient for reaching Dolly Sods and other attractions, the beds are comfortable and the fireplace was a great feature during the colder days. We also enjoyed the Jacuzzi, although the water got cold rather quickly. We had a great time, thanks! Did not really meet anyone but we were happy with all the instructions we received by email.

Old house with quirky decor, well stocked kitchen, kids loved loft, great proximity to Timberline.

I would like to see more specials, or frequent renters discount. We rented the same cabin (timberstone) several times this year and cedar place #1. When we were there in October, many of the rentals were empty the whole week, discounted rates or specials would bring in more business. Some money for each empty cabin is better than no money. The team worked very well with us, even stored a tupperware container that was forgotten on last visit a month ago.

All of the tools in the kitchen available. Nice views as well. Everyone in the main office was very nice and checked us in quickly.

The place was decorated beautifully and the surroundings are beautiful and quiet in that area.

We cannot wait to make this a yearly thing for all of us and we are very excited to bring our children with us next time they would have loved it absolutely beautiful!!!!!?? Absolute best communication from the staff and absolutely respectful and very easy to deal with!

We enjoyed how roomy it was and it’s close to all lot of different sights I always love working with this team, they r pleasant and get right on requests.

The location. And the fireplace, the kitchen and the LR /DR gathering area. Board games, cards Not fancy or luxurious, but comfortable and inviting. A great place for a family gathering in an excellent location! Quick responses to emails and phone calls.

The house was a great escape for the weekend. We had everything we needed provided by the property. It was very clean and in the perfect location Ease free check in process. Everything was well explained and easy to complete

The kitchen had just about everything. It was well maintained and organized. It was a nice and quiet place. I would have liked to have more privacy and clean chairs on the porch and balcony. Polite and helpful

The kitchen had everything one would need . The high speed internet was great I dint find the instructions particularly clear as there was so much stuff in one email I recommend a separate check in email so it is clear where to pick up the key

Great location and value! Plenty of beds for my family of six. Great location, easy parking, property was obviously cleaned prior to our arrival. It was easy!

Property and the area of the property was awesome my family gave O'l dad two thumbs up on selecting the area and property including the places we visited on our trip our only regret was that we weren't able to do more. Communication through email only was a different way of doing things for me but the whole covid19 has created a whole new way of doing things that we all have to endure.

The place was nestled back off the main route with easy access to many things the great state has to offer. Look forward to trying other properties available through Mountain Top

Checked in to a disappointing property for sure. When first opening the door, we were hit with a strong smell of mustiness that did not diminish during our stay. We then found the condition of the outside chairs to be such that one would not sit in them and then found black mold growing in a lower kitchen cabinet. There was no firewood even though neighboring units were full. It was very apparent that the property manager had not taken the time to freshen up the place for our arrival . It is also apparent that this property has not been updated in years and years. Upon complaining to the property management, we were refunded the cleaning fee however it will take quite a bit of time and effort to make this place presentable for future rental.
