Great view of the ocean. Good size space with classy furniture and amenities. All the comforts of home.

Great place, close to the beach, remote and quiet, away from a lot of the other busier parts of Santa Cruz. It was pretty great

This place was clean and just instantly felt like home and comfort. So close to the beach and everything you need.

Nice house, with easy accessibility. Walking distance to beach with outside shower for sand washoff. The only downside was that there was no soap/ shampoo/ conditioner in the bathroom and no broom to sweep the floor, which was bothersome. Other than that it was a great experience!

My husband and I (with our two kids) really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful views with just a small walk to the beach. We have stayed in this area many times with our extended family but loved being in a new location with just our kids. Unit was fully stocked with everything we needed. Only a couple minutes walk to a beautiful beach and Starbucks was about a 3 minute walk. Perfect for our family!

The property had everything I needed. It seemed dusty when I arrived, like no one had been there for a while, but that didn't detract from my stay. I just cleaned the counters and the table. The bed was good, the shower good (low pressure, but ok to conserve water), kitchen equipped. Waking up to the view was fabulous even though the weather was cold and wet. It made up for any possible disappointments!!! I appreciated being able to check in 1/2 hour early after reaching the contact person about that. Might be more accurate to call the back door green rather than blue, but the codes worked, so it didn't matter. Thanks for a nice stay!

Great place to stay when playing in Santa Cruz.

For someone who likes to view the ocean, walk on the beach and be around a friendly neighborhood community with restaurants around this is your spot! Stay 3 nights instead of 2.

We had a great stay. Great location. Privacy. Never saw landlord. Bed moves and makes noise. Would be nice if bed was not on wheels. We were able to stabilize it with chairs and towels. Other than that we really recommend this as a couple place to stay in Santa Cruz. 5 stars.

I would definitely recommend this cozy little spot. A beautiful view in the living space and plenty of room. It's located conveniently close to pleasure point if you love to surf. The property managers were very responsive throughout my stay. Wonderful experience here, wish I could stay for longer!

The apartment was just as described. It is not a 5 star hotel, but it was very clean and had everything we wanted and needed. The owners were very helpful. I would recommend this apartment.

Property was exactly as shown. Minor issue with tv remote, owners handled and fixed problem quickly. View nice, about 2 blocks from beach access. Enjoyed our stay. Only downside, lot of steps to get inside.

We loved this place soooo much! I’m looking to book again soon! It’s quintessential old California!! The ocean is 45 second walk and you hear it when you sleep! The local beach is a 2 minute walk! It’s literally amazing!!! The bed is phenomenal! I’m a personal chef and the kitchen is phenomenal and went to lots of little grocery stores and seafood places to make wonderful meals in the awesome kitchen while seeing the ocean!

The property was just as described and perfect for our purpose. Quite roomy and nicely decorated. We were very pleased.

I had generally a good trip

Very cozy cottage like apartment. With the windows open you can hear the surf. Two beaches within walking distance. Starbucks too. Upstairs apartment was sometimes hard to climb after getting tired at the beach was my only trouble. Lol.

Stayed here with my husband and daughter, the space was perfect, comfortable and great view!

Pros; location to Sunny Cove, view of ocean from kitchen window, updated kitchen counter n cabinets. Cons, had to use flashlight to figure out entry upon arrival at night, stairway up to 2nd floor unit;(smelly, cheap dirty carpet), bathroom in need of upgrade, kitchen pans provided we’re chipped cheap Teflon, cooking utensils cheap quality, noisy outside bedroom, outdoor furniture not clean, person who lives on first floor underneath unfriendly, shared washer dryer area gross. Next time I’ll go back to the Bella Notte

Very weepy, not lighted, courtyard not swept and clean, door not lighted, had to use cell phone to see to punch in code, staircase smelly and not lighted. Would have been so easy and inexpensive to make outside space more attractive. A little time and about $50. You are so close to having a great property. A little more effort?

Awesome location, great owner, and nice accommodations.

Pros: -Ocean view from corner of kitchen -Close to water -Easy access -Lovely kitchen area Cons: -Water pressure is a little weak for faucets (shower is fine) -Bed has a roller gram that moves too easily -Bathroom is quite poorly and insulated due to the long window
