This place was perfect for us - 3 adults plus a car. Having a garage was a huge plus. An awesome location from where we could easily see all the usual SF sights and in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The local shops and restaurants are awesome and the street art in the Mission District an easy walk away as is Tartine Bakery - not to be missed!

We totally enjoyed our stay in this lovely and very conveniently located property. It was more spacious than we had expected. We walked to several good restaurants, Whole Foods, a Muni stop and BART station. My granddaughters loved the convenience store across the street. This is a real find!

A big thank you to Steve and Grace for sharing their home with us on our recent visit to S. F. The home is situated on a hill between the shopping and dinning neighborhoods of Noe Valley and the Castro. A lot of great food options nearby and the small neighborhood grocery just across the street was a true convenience. The home has a garage for off street parking which is a big bonus in S.F. The kitchen and bath were updated and very functional for our party of three. If you are looking to be close to non touristy neighborhoods while secluded enough for some rest and relaxation, this home is for you!

We just got back from our San Francisco vacation and could not have stayed at a better place! Grace was so easy to contact and responded to our questions quickly. We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for everyone. This property was spotless and had everything we needed - garage, washing machine/dryer, kitchen supplies, etc. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and close to many restaurants on 24th St. We loved it and highly recommend it!!

Two around 70, two around 35 and one 6 year old girl found the Castro street apartment just about perfect for our week long visit exploring San Francisco. It was UBER easy to get to from SFO, steps to a bus to get to main Muni line, a steep but doable 2-4 block walk to neighborhood restaurants and Whole Foods. The apartment was very clean, light and airy and well stocked with all things needed for meal prep including some basic staples like salt, pepper, oil, plastic/foil wrap. Our only complaint is that for two nights the people in the apartment below were a bit noisy, but only for those of us in the back bedroom (due to poor sound insulation and not necessarily loud voices).

Came here for a 3 day weekend, family of 5. Everyone slept very comfortably, plenty of room, beautifully decorated, and a great location. We loved our stay! Quick walk to 24th St. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. Our mini van fit into the garage, so nice to have that parking spot. Loved everything about it!

we really loved the place and the area. and we are not giving 5s often. we are a family of 3. the apartment is great. super clean, convenient, with a garage. all amenities for a pleasant stay. noe valley is equidistant to all attractions, and a short drive to 101 and 280. also well connected by public transportation. before coming, i was anxious about noise but it was really quiet. corporate buses are very silent (making reference to a previous review :) and btw, the apartment is really much nicer than what the pictures show :)

It was our pleasure to stay at Grace and Steve's lovely 2-bedroom flat in Noe Valley. Their flat is located in an ideal, family-friendly location. There is a Whole Foods just a few blocks away and several lovely cafes. Some of us took advantage of morning coffee at Starbucks while others decided to enjoy a great cup of coffee at the kitchen/dining table with a lovely view. The flat was clean on arrival and we had ample linens during our stay. Communication with Grace was easy and she was very accommodating. On our next visit to SF, we will definitely inquire as to the availability of this flat again.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need . Well located easy to get around. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Well stocked with laundry essentials etc which is very useful on an international trip. Travelling with family and would certainly return if ever back in San Francisco.

My husband, three young kids and a grandma had a wonderful stay at this home. The home was spotless and very clean when we arrived. The garage was plenty big for our mini van. The house was very sunny and provided us with comfy beds and a clean bathroom. Was very helpful that there was a washer and dryer in the home for our use. The kitchen is beautiful but could use a few more kitchen tools.....good non stick frying pan (I love stainless steel but making eggs and pancakes in the morning on nonstick is way easier to clean up), bigger colander and more silverware. That being said Grace did stop by and give us measuring cups and kitchen towels when asked. The house is pretty quiet but in the mornings and evenings many tech shuttle buses are going by the house. They provided endless entertainment for my two year old but can be quiet loud going by. House is on top of a very steep hill. If mobility is an issue this would not be the house for you.

This is a very comfortable, spacious, wonderfully located apartment. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped with thoughtful touches. And though it's very close to 24th street, a shopping hub, it was amazingly quiet. There are beautiful views of sunrise from the kitchen table! Grace is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

My family of 5 spent three nights in the property. It was great. The property was beautiful and well-appointed. The homeowners generously agreed to purchase a pack & play so my toddler son had one available and we didn't need to bring it on the airplane. Having the parking place was a real plus as we had a rental car for our adventures. It is in a great location and we had multiple great dinners on 24th Ave in Noe Valley. Grace was very responsive when I had questions along the way. We would strongly recommend the property to others.
