You can tell that this place has seen many renters - a bit run down, but it was very clean and a great location.

Great location, walking distance to many restaurants and Corey Ave. Unit is aging, bathroom and kitchen need replaced. Still serviceable.

The friendly native is a great location. We have stayed in another unit in the complex in the past and really enjoyed ourselves there. In this unit the beds and other furniture are old and uncomfortable. The shower has poor water pressure and there is no dishwasher. The unit overall is in need of updates and renovation. The ownership team was very responsive to requests (unit needed dishwashing detergent and it was f delivered within 30 minutes) and the parking coordinator was helpful when we needed to swap out our car and register a different plate.

A mix of wet carpet with all dried fish. We would count down before walking out the condo door and race to get outside while holding our breath. Would I stay in this unit again? No. Was I mad about it given the price point? No. I had realistic expectations. The manager was super responsive, he is not responsible for the negatives, it is obvious they are Doing the best they can with the unit.

Slept 7 comfortably, centrally located to things we wanted to do, beach was great and so close, loved the heated pool. Plenty of kitchen things. Lots of hooks in all the rooms. Great set up. Suggestions leave an empty cupboard in the kitchen for guests to put their own things. We had 7 people and only 5 forks. The hosts response to any issues were handled quickly and efficiently! We would definitely stay again. Thanks

We called Roger property manager to tell him how dirty the place was as soon as we arrived! Dust bunnies in corners and layered on vents, bathroom scum on walls of not being cleaned, blow dryer from 1980’s non operating, bathtub has worn marks down to iron, kitchen sink has burn marks on either side, and bed is so old and worn it sinks in middle!!! Our backs and necks are absolutely ruined!!! My sister had 2 asthma attacks after visiting and one that sent her to the hospital overnight on a breathing treatment because the place is so moldy and musty!! And no rerun calls! Pathetic!!!!!

The location can’t be beat, short walk to the beach and to several restaurants/ shops. Easy on/ off the main drag to get into St. Petersburg itself (in town for a swim meet, but wanted easy beach access). Condo itself was more than adequate, starting show its age in places, but it was clean, well stocked and roomy enough for our family of 4. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay very much , great location and easy access to beach . Very quiet property as well .

All was well, had water shut off briefly throughout the week and bathtub needs re-done, iron was exposed

We had a last minute problem. One person in our party hurt her knee and we needed a ground floor unit. Roger was great in his response and was able to help us out. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed the pool. Our unit wasn't the cleanest but the space was nice and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again.

PROS- Pool and pool area great, access to nice beach, parking. Beds, A/C, furniture and TVs good too. New fridge. Nice size master bedroom and bed. I liked the bbq area. There is no porch to chill and have coffee in morning but that’s ok there is a nice sitting area outside by shuffleboard court. CONS- floors need a good mopping. Were vacuumed but dirty. Carpets could use a steam cleaning. Shades were dusty.

This property was in a great location. Close to beach, restaurants, bars, etc. Property Manager was very quick to respond to questions. Pool area was nice too. Nothing was ever too crowded unlike our day trip to Clearwater beach. Was glad we chose St. Pete’s Beach area. Condo was tidy but in need of a deep clean and a bit of updating would go a long way. Overall was happy with stay.

Stayed with a family of 4. It was a nice set up and had all the furnishings we needed. Would book again.

We arrived a day early due to the winter storms. Roger was great to work with to book an extra night last minute. We stayed there for 8 days over Xmas. The condo itself is very worn out. This is ok but the condo also wasn’t clean. The kitchen had lots of build up around the base moldings and walls. It looks like months and months of cleaning neglect. The windows in the condo had white film on them as they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. The window ledges were dusty and dirty. There was lots of grime and mold around the bathroom faucets and on the window in the bathroom. We had to buy a new shower head bc the one there was loaded with grime and had no pressure. Mold around the vents still not cleaned in bathroom which was mentioned in an older review. The door to furnace room had a big vent built into the door that was loaded with dust. The top of the fridge had a ton of dirt and dust on it too. Upon arriving our blankets were thin and super crunchy and the pillows were super flat. Someone did drop of new blankets and pillows which was nice. Not sure what detergent they are use for sheets but they had a strong bleach smell. We had to wash all the sheets ourselves at the laundry mat with a less strong detergent as we had broken out in rashes. The location couldn’t be better! It’s super close to the beach and tons of restaurants, bars and shopping. The paradise grille which is steps away was amazing! We had a toilet issue one day and Roger was very responsive to send out a plumber. It was an easy fix that I was able to do myself but he did respond which was nice. I understand the condo being worn and old but no excuse in this day n age for it not to be clean. If he can guarantee that he holds the cleaning company accountable to cleaning properly and spending money to deep clean this condo it would be a great place to stay. The pool area was amazing! Lots of seats and pool was nice and warm. The condo was stocked with ample cooking stuff but we never cooked. There was a couple of chairs in the closet for the beach. They also had some toys, boogey board and other beach stuff left back by other renters. So not sure if he checks on the condo or who holds cleaning company accountable but this place would be 5 stars all day for location if it was clean. It was a middle unit. Some noise but I expect that. View from window had a palm tree outside and nice landscaping.

We had a great time. Few minutes or things but nothing big enough to mention here. Had lots of fun. Quiet area. Kids lived the pool and it's only steps to the ocean.

Excellent location...walking distance to beach. Very clean and roomy; shows a bit of wear and tear and bathroom cramped, but overall great. Extra fees almost double the price.

The property was mostly as described in the listing and other reviews: Positives: very clear communication regarding check in and parking passes, location is great and right across from the beach, plenty of parking, lots of extras in the unit such as beach chairs, etc, WI-FI and AC all worked fine. Negatives: as others have mentioned the unit while clean is very much a rental property with wear and tear visible throughout. There was mold near the AC vents and the sheets had some stains on them. We did not use the kitchen as we ate out. Noises are easily heard from units above below and next door (walking around or loud music)

Really nice pool and landscape. Walking distance to probably 20 restaurants but the unit itself is in need of a face lift. The kitchen is pretty bad among other things but it works. The place was perfect for our needs. My sister-in-law and I went to Florida to spread my late husbands ashes and then spend time together relaxing and reflecting. Needless to say it was an emotional week and this condo was perfect. Also the owner was highly accommodating and friendly any time I reached out. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

The condo had lots of extras left by previous visitors and we left more, so check out the condo before you purchase stuff. Some basics that I would expect from a rental were missing, (dish soap, coffee) and we purchased our own. All of that said, the location was great, the beach was amazing, and there were tons of options for food within walking distance. Management was responsive. I would definitely recommend this location for the price.
