Beautiful house! This house has everything you need to enjoy a great time at the beach. This house offered a quick access to the beach and a mile walk or ride to the downtown life of Folly Beach. We were even allowed to access the house a few hours earlier which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely add it to the list of places to stay again.

The house was wonderful, especially the big porches. The kitchen was well equipped. And the walk to the beach was short. The dishwasher malfunctioned and needed to be replaced, according to the repairman. Hand washing dishes for 7 became necessary. I made the reservation on line, and there were 3 different prices, initially, which was misleading. And we had a very good time. Thank you for inquiring.

This property was perfect for our 2 and 4 year old. The house was pretty much “kid proof” so they could wander around without us having to worry about them hurting themselves or breaking anything. The beach is right across from the house, perfect for being able to walk to and from with ease. My parents rented a golf cart and it was a quick ride to tons of great restaurants and beach shops. Will definitely be back!

We had a fabulous time - house was gorgeous, easy beach access, 20 min walk to bars/restaurants. Very easy to communicate w property manager.

The pictures did the justice for the house and is a beautiful place. Everything that you need to go to the beach with friends is provided by the house. An awesome experience with privacy.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and then some. There was plenty of room for our family of 10 to spread out. Being able to just cross the street and be at the beach was perfect. Since it was November and COVID the beach was the perfect place to be with the kids. I would say the only thing I would change is the couch. The support is gone. My mother in law had a tough time getting off of it because of the sinking. Other than that it was great!

We had a wonderful time at the beach and in the home. There were a few things in the description that weren’t available at the house. Overall we made the best of it and enjoyed our vacation.

Wonderful, clean, spacious property with very close access to the beach. The section of beach across from the house was like having your own private beach . Would highly recommend renting a golf cart which made parking in town A non issue.

This is our second year staying in this house for our family vacation, and it is perfect every time. The location is incredible.

This house is huge and comfortable and the management is extremely accommodating. The location is ideal, close to the action but far enough away to be quiet, and the beach is just across the street. With 4 bedrooms, a great kitchen and the wrap-around porch it would be ideal for a large group.

Love the beach is steps away, shops are steps away. Great place to stay

This property could be 5 star with a few changes. The outside “living/ game” area is not usable so that was disappointing. The sonos and the WiFi did not work either. With all that being said we still enjoyed our time at the house and beach.

9 friends some new to Folly, for a long weekend! The house was perfect. Perfect location for us, perfect size and perfectly stocked! The property manager was attentive and helpful and calmly answered all of our questions, even after Irma damaged parts of the island. We hope to rent longer next fall!

We truly loved our week in your home. It is so convenient to the beach and we had everything we needed except silverware.....you desperately need to equip the home with more silverware! Not enough for a vacation home. Other than that all was perfect!!

The house is lovely. We had 11 people (6 children) and the house accommodated us nicely. The kitchen, with its large seating island, and the large den were a hit for all. The master bedroom and bath is extremely large. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The only negative was mosquitoes rendered the man cave under the house unusable. The children really enjoyed the corn hole, ping pong, etc., until the mosquitoes drove them away. Beach access is directly across the street and through private path. The outdoor shower is wonderful. Sand stayed outside the house. We would not hesitate to rent this house again.

This is a great place to stay at Folly Beach. Easy access to the beach which is literally just across the road. The reality company - Carolina One and the representative were great to work with and helpful. Their instructions were clear and they did a great job with the information in advance. The house has lots of porches to enjoy which was perhaps the best part of all! Lots of windows. Beautifully decorated, clean and ample linens. Thanks to the owners for doing such a nice job with this home!

I stayed here with a big group of girls for my bachelorette party and it FAR exceeded our expectations. The house is wonderful with an open layout and tons of deck space. There were so many areas to hang out, whether it be all together, or in a number of small groups. You are directly across from a gorgeous beach that is quiet and you can get much of it to yourself. We actually preferred having some separation from the pier as you simply don't have to deal with crowds. We walked into "town" each morning on the beach, it only took 10-15 minutes . There were tons of beach towels and beach chairs, and really anything you could need. We loved the trip so much we might even look into making this an annual tradition at La Bella Vita. I HIGHLY recommend!

Went for a long girls weekend. Plenty of space and great access to the water.

myself plus 8 other ladies stayed in this house for a long weekend as a Bachelorette gathering. We were so impressed with the house, its features and location! Weather was great so we were at the beach most of the days but loved the option to hang out at the house front/side porch and back porch with screens to keep bugs out. There were plenty of beach towels for us all to use, beach chairs games, cornhole boards, pin-pong table, dart boards outside and tons of seating. The beach access path is right across the street from this house so was PERFECT location. inside of the house was wonderful, big open kitchen, speakers inside and outside the house to pull in your phone and play music. We will be back with our husbands next time!

La Bella Vita was a perfect place for a fun, relaxing weekend with girlfriends. There was everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and the layout was vey comfortable. The beach is literally right across the street and the path to get there is adorable. We loved every minute of our vacation and would not hesitate to book this house again. The house was awesome. Very comfortable and nice layout. Awesome downstairs for kid activities. I was dismayed that your neighbor approached us the first day and "threatened" us with a copy of the noise ordinance and said it could "cost us $500" and that we should read it. He then called the realty company who called to say they were called about the noise and that kids were hanging around. My husband and I stayed the entire visit and hosted a few of my sons friends. This group of high school athletes who are bound for college on academic and athletic scholarships, have lost 5'friends in the past 8 months to car accidents and accidental opiod drug use. It has been devastating for them. We wanted to be able to host them in a safe environment. I appreciate that your neighbor is feeling the discomfort of having weekly/weekend renters but not all kids are bad. Our kids kept their music down, rode the bikes, rode skateboards, found sharks teeth, played spike ball at the beach. I think that as parents of teens, we also needed the healing weekend and an opportunity to feel that our kids can be safe. Your home was a nice haven for our bunch. Thanks

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house is very spacious and the wrap around porch meets every need whether one wants to grill, lay out in the sun, swing, or eat outside without annoying insects. The service and accommodations were top notch! We will definitely look into renting this house again!

This is a near perfect beach house. With high ceilings and an exceedingly wide porch that literally wraps around the entire house, there is a feeling of eminence spaciousness. There are so many great spots in this house to hang out. Loved it!
