This was an amazing place for our group. We held a quilting retreat during our stay and the house was a perfect mix of private bedrooms and porch nooks for alone time and large spaces to sit, chat, share a meal and sew. We will be back next year!

The house was huge and big enough for a larger crowd than our 12 guests. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds comfy. The house was furnished with lots of unique pieces of furniture and the 3 large dining tables were great for spreading out games and puzzles. Our group could all fit around the largest table to eat. Very nice home away from home.

Perfect location in an old building where everything worked, everything you could need was there, and where several big and small rooms allowed everyone space for gathering. Beds were clean and comfortable, Five bathrooms work for a crowd. Kitchen contained every appliance and “sharp knives”! Lots of beach towels and beach toys with a wagon to carry them . We were pleased with everything.

For the first time our large family were able to comfortably sleep, eat, play and read in one house without being on top of one another. This house was perfect for us, and we hope to return.

This property is a home run. I booked the house for the Foxboro Golf Group. This trip we had eight senior golfers. They all loved the house. Is was clean, plenty of space ( 11 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms) fully furnished as to linens, towels, paper goods, and everything you could want in the kitchen, two large dining tables, and tons of cozy seating ares including a great porch, plus a nice outside patio area. The guys all loved the charm of the furnishings. Makes you feel you are home. We have already booked again for next year and looks like we may stay here for years to come. Lorie is a fabulous host. Made check in a breeze and was hands on for anything we might have needed. All went smoothly. A home run and game winner. Five stars all around . Bob P

The house was well set up to handle our family of 16, that included 7 grandchildren from 11 to 18 years. The house can accommodate several families as there was amble room to spread out. The kitchen was will stocked for cooking for a large group. There was enough plates and silverware that we did not have to rely on paper and plastic silverware to feed our group at one sitting. The pictures and description on the web site is accurate and showed the actual rooms. Plenty of hot water for all to take showers. The parking easily handled the four cars we had and would have handled up to 6 cars. There are a couple of small rooms that allowed our grandchildren to go and play their video games and not be under foot. It was a short walk to the large sand beach and to the city pier but not close enough that the noise was disturbing. The owner was very prompt to answer the few questions we had about the a/c and adjusted the temperature to meet the needs of our large group. If our large family returned to the area we will be looking at this house to rent again.

My friends and l had a golf weekend in maine and were thrilled to have found the Regina to stay in. This house far surpassed our expectations ,it was very clean , the kitchen was well equipped and there were 9 of us and we each had our own bedroom. I can’t say enough good things ,we will be back there in another year and can’t wait. SMB

We had an absolutely amazing weekend stay at OOB with our big group of friends. Finding a house that fits 6 couples and 5 children 5 years old and younger is not an easy task, but this house checked all of our boxes. Plenty of room for everyone especially in the adorable backyard and all of the living place. We are hoping to be back again!

My family and I stayed there with about 12 of us. This house was absolutely amazing! The walk to the beach is short and the pier too! If you have small children, a wagon worked great for carting to the beach. There was more than enough room for us to stay comfortable. Lorie was so responsive and helpful. We will be back, and cannot recommend this place enough!

My family traveled from various states to attend my nephew's wedding. This house was perfect for our large group...lots of space and bathrooms too! Walking distance to the beach, shopping and food! If we ever travel to Maine in the future we will be sure to try and stay here again! Lorie was very friendly and flexible and accommodating! Thanks again for a great vacation! Nancy Micene

This property is perfect for both adults and children .Plenty of space and siting areas for all. Large fully supplied kitchen and laundry room . Dining area had three large tables ,plenty of space for all of us. Short walk to beach and pier . We all hope to go back next summer.

This home and it’s location was a family vacation dream! First the home. Spacious and spotless. Room for us all to have our own space and still be together. The porch wraps around and is delightful for morning coffee and reading and evening cheese platters and wine. The kids loved the TV rooms (both of them!) and the kitchen and dining areas were both fully stocked and chef friendly. If I had one itch in my hat it would be that the bath towels were tiny. I do love a larger bath towel so if you are into larger bath towels, bring your own. But given all the awesomeness, hardly that big of a deal. Location was amazing. About a five minute walk to the beach and 1 minute walk to town. Close enough to the center of everything to be easy and fun, far enough to feel quiet and relaxed. Lori was lovely and easy to reach and was an all around wonderful host. Great house, great town, great vacation. Many many happy memories made. Thank you!!!

Our favorite spot in the house had to be the front porch. Very roomy with lots of seating. The smaller kids enjoyed having their own space in the “kids tv room”. It is in a perfect location. It is a very short walk to the beach and all the activity downtown. There were plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards to use. There was also a couple of carts to carry everything down to the beach. We even took the Train into Boston one day to watch a Red Sox’s game. Lorie and Ed were great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. Lorie was also very quick to answer all my “many” questions I had prior to arriving. We have already decided to come back again next year!

The kitchen is very well equipped and has 2 refrigerators and good storage space. Nice areas for young and old. Beautiful Old Orchard Beach is just a 3 block walk and Old Orchard Pier with rides, games, and food is about a fifteen minute walk. The owners are very accommodating. A great time was had by all. Perfect place for family reunion. So close to beach. Day trips to Freeport, Boothbay Harbor, Portland, Saco River, etc. Rode bikes, kayaked, lots of walks. Fun places to eat and enjoy. The Regina was perfect. So comfortable and spacious. We loved our visit. Owner is wonderful!! 😊�
