Property was very clean. Very nice place. The rooms were much bigger than what appears in the pictures. Had everything we needed to make a few meals and enjoy our week in Orlando. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to rent a condo in Orlando.

We had a great stay, the property was well kept, the beds and rooms were comfortable and the location was near the Orlando Convention Center and Universal attractions. The only issue we experienced was the horrible texture and smell of the bath towels. We thought the towels had not been cleaned, so we washed them and unfortunately the stench did not go away. All of the towels need to be replaced. We actually purchased new towels to use during our stay.

Great area, close to all. Our individually owned rental was not good. Dirty,beyond acceptable, door locks dont work, furniture not stable, no batteries for remotes, etc. The area is nice. Other airbnbs in same building were very professional and quick to respond. Just this guy's unit. He has 30.

We spent 6 days in Orlando at Vista Cay, which is near Universal Studios. This is a spacious 3 bedroom condo close to everything. Great resort facilities, easy check in and check out. Plenty of privacy.

Beautiful condo
We were so happy with our stay here. The condo was exceptionally clean and decorated simple which is nice not a lot of things in the way. We also loved the location we were close to so many places to eat and things to do. The pool was lovely We will definitely stay again!

Family holiday
Stayed at Vista Cay before and love the location and accessibility to the parks, supermarket, restaurants etc. Property very well presented and very comfortable for a family with three teenagers. Pool lovely. Communication with Property Managers good. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed within the same building through Cosy Casas before and have always shared a nice experience. This time, however, the shower was unclean and some of the furniture was cracked in the bathroom. Seems like it needed a bit of maintenance.

This condo was perfect for our trip to Orlando. We were super close to a conference at one of the universal resorts during part of our stay. It also had easy access to Disney, NASA and the airport for us to explore more of the Orlando area on his days off. The property was very nice, and the pool area was fantastic!
