We have been coming to the Snowmass area for 15 years and this was one of our best trips yet. Whitney was an incredible host and this property made our month there incredible!

This is our third time to this property and once again it was great. Comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed. Easy to get to the slopes and back (ski or shuttle). Close to grocery. We will be back, again!

We were there 2 weeks and it was a wonderful home away from home. Hope to go back and would highly recommend!!!

This condo was very well stocked and made our stay quite easy. It is also a very lovely property.

Great location as far as proximity to Snowmass, supermarket, etc. Very clean and comfortable. Pictures don’t do it justice! Property manager was extremely helpful and responsive.

Five Stars! This was our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint. We had everything we needed in the unit in terms of amenities, kitchen items, towels, etc., and the location is fantastic. The unit is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Walking distance to the grocery store (but be prepared for a couple hills and walking at altitude) and to the village. We are a family of 4. Two adults and two teenagers and this unit was great for our family.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. It was so comfortable, clean and peaceful. Great location - walkable to the village. I loved the back deck that walked out onto a back yard. The condo maintained a good, cool temperature even though it did not have air conditioning. We rent ever summer in Snowmass and this is the first time we were not hot. The condo has amazing warm light and just fit our family perfectly. Whitney was very responsive to texts and made our stay even more lovely. We can’t wait to rent this unit again next summer! I would highly recommend it.

Whitney our host was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Check-in wasn’t her fault but I never received the email on instructions and door code so I’ll definitely make sure I get those things upon arrival next time or reach out to host. Overall an awesome place and trip!

Overall a nice place to stay for family of 6 adults. Property listing was accurate presentation of this condo. Nice to have some simple kitchen spices/coffee/pancake mix left behind. Communication with owners was prompt. A few things to know... this unit is 2 flights of stairs from your car for luggage and groceries. The upstairs neighbors have a treadmill over the second bedroom which was a 6AM problem. When turned off, the kitchen downdraft vent allows a lot of cold outside air into the kitchen. Ski slopes are close (about 800 foot walk) to where you can ski into the Assay lift. Miles of XC ski trails start just 100 feet from Condo. One correction to the listing, there is no ski locker for this unit but owners allow you to bring skis down stairs to your front door.

Overall, this is a great condo. It is really nicely decorated and has just about anything you would ever need when away from home. The kitchen/open living area was plenty big for 6 people and it was nice having a large sectional where all of us could relax at the same time after a day of skiing. The bathrooms were updated and the beds were really comfortable. It was one of the nicest condos we've stayed in and Whitney (the host), did a great job communicating with us and making us feel welcome. The location gets a "very good" grade. It's not as convenient as being right in the village/base area as many other condos are and it's a little bit of a traverse across a path to get to the closest lift and back. For us, the traverse was just long enough that we decided coming home to take a break was a non-starter. Also, it's about a 10 minute walk to the village area where most of the restaurants are, which we didn't mind because we got in our steps after eating! Finally, there is a bus stop at the bottom of the hill served by a bus system that takes passengers all around the valley and to Aspen itself. It's pretty convenient as it's only about a 5 minute walk down the hill to the bus stop which we did in our ski boots, but be warned that walking back up the hill in ski boots and carrying skis after a day of skiing isn't the easiest! So overall, if you are looking for a quieter place to stay with nice views and beautiful furnishings, this is the place for you as it's a great condo. If you want to be in the middle of the action, then you may want to stay closer to the Snowmass village or even stay in Aspen itself.

We were pleased with the interior of this unit, very lovely townhouse, most important it was clean, comfortable and kitchen had just about everything needed to make your vacay delightful. Location was an easy 3min drive to base parking garage, unfortunately the trail to walk to access Assay Hill wasn't open. Though it was noted of stairs, Only disadvantage was the multi sets of stairs to access and depart this lower TH unit, will suggest anyone of age or with medical issues - it can take a bit out of you unpacking & packing carrying items to and from your car. Whitney was the best, easy to contact and fast to reply and kind. Thank you Whitney for everything

This unit is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable and steam showers are truly awesome (only used hot tub once because of this added bonus)! You will not be disappointed with this place! Thanks Whitney for everything and quick responses when needed!

This property on Faraway drive is an easy walk to the grocery store, slopes or village. The upgrades made and in-progress ( master bath) are nice. Would recommend a stay here anytime. Not sure about winter access but could see paths that might be used if covered with snow. Would definitely stay here again. Comment: would recommend replacing the drip coffee maker. Took WAY to long to make a pot of very strong coffee. Replace the mattress in the master BR. Provide regular thin blankets for summer.

Look no further, this is the place! Great location, plenty of space, clean, well-decorated and well-stocked! Short walk to the village, grocery and several trail heads. Lovely deck with view of Mt. Daly. We look forward to returning during ski season. Management was super responsive, friendly and helpful. Thank You so much, Whitney!

Because Coronavirus struck the area, and the resort was closed the night before we were to leave, we didn’t actually stay at the condo. But, I would like to rate Whitney, because we were in contact with her several times leading up to the closure of the ski resort. I have to say that she was the most pleasant, amiable and understanding person we have ever rented from. We changed the number of persons in our party twice a week before our arrival and then told her we weren’t coming the day we were set to arrive. I know the situation was out of all our hands, but she handled it professionally and with grace. Thank you Whitney! We will look you up again when we decide to reschedule this trip.

This is a great condo that is very close to Snowmass village. Communication was quick and accurate.
