We traveled with 8 adults and absolutely loved this place. It was clean and spacious. The 4th bedroom/office/den was perfect for our large sized group as far as space goes. The beds were comfortable and we were able to access the beach quickly as well as walk to Coligny Plaza. We will stay here again.

Roomy condo in a great location. The beach is only a short walk out the back. Also enjoyed being close to Coligny. Nice new kitchen as well as new appliances. Adequate cookware and dishes for cooking in. Twin bedroom bath is also nicely updated. Only complaints are it could have been a little cleaner and the King bed and twin beds definitely need new mattresses…..unfortunately we had some restless nights. Also, the futon downstairs seems to be broken as it wouldn’t fold out straight, but we made do. Besides the bed issues, we enjoyed the condo and had a great family vacation.

The property was very nice, great location and quiet. We traveled by plane so were limited as to what we could bring. There were beach chairs and an umbrella on the property but they were kept outside so they were in pretty rough shape. So we purchased new chairs and an umbrella and also 3 clipon chair umbrellas and left them there for the next renters. But put them in a closet on the lower level. A few of the electrical plugs in 2 bathrooms didn't work as well as one in a bedroom. We lost power in two of the bathrooms and two bedrooms and had the management company come over because the electrical box was in a locked closet. The lights were turned back on but the outlets never worked...the reset didn't work either. Other than that it is a great place to stay abd we had a great time.

My husband and I spent 6 weeks in Hilton head this year and had a wonderful time. Our unit was in a great location, access to the beach was a quick 30 second walk and although the weather was cool during the time we were there, we were able to use the outside patio a few times which was lovely. Our hosts, John and Jill responded very quickly to any inquiry and were lovely to deal with. The management company was also helpful in dealing with a few minor issues, shuck in and check out was very convenient. We are looking forward to being able to rent again next year.

Great visit all around. Perfect for our family with space for everyone. A couple updates would be to replace some bed pillows. Several are stained and spotted due to lots of usage. Kitchen has lots of nice dishes and glasses but could use an inventory of cook and bake ware items...just the basics. Love the big kitchen table and chairs but could also use a good scrubbing considering it gets tons of usage. Would definitely stay here again with convince to pool, ocean, shopping and safety of gated community.

Lovely unit. Beautiful grounds with nice private patio at the unit for grilling. Short walk to the beach. My only recommendation is that pots and pans could be updated for those who like to "cook in" a few nights. Otherwise, perfect!

Unit was not clean. Dust bunnies around and under all furniture. Hair and food in fridge. Bathroom in the king size bedroom had black mold in shower around door and orange and pink mold on grout.

The villa was perfect for us with everything we needed. We loved that it was a short walk to the beach and a very short walk to the pool. The location was so convenient to bike rental, shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful week!

I stayed with my family- 7 total- and there was plenty of room for us all. This unit had everything we needed. Plenty of dishes, utensils,appliances, etc.. Shopping, restaurants, and the beach are just a short walk, so no need to even use the car. Very much enjoyed our trip and will look for this place again when we return.

Visiting for our 18th annual girls trip to Hilton head. Beautifully landscaped property and pool; about 5 to 600 yards to the beach, which was difficult for several of us gals with some mobility issues. It was adequately stocked with kitchen utensils and TVs and Wi-Fi. Our biggest difficulties were adjusting to the frigid temperature of the room, although we are Very glad we aren’t paying electricity now. Also, the commode in the master bedroom ran continuously on occasion, so we had to remove the lid to the come out to stop that. Again, very glad we’re not getting the water bill. Also, the two spotlights above the bed in the master suite do not work. Overall, a lovely week was enjoyed by all and we highly recommend this property.

The condo was a good size for three generations and 5 people, and it was in a good location, plus it was priced reasonably. We had quite a few problems with the property. It had not had a good cleaning in quite a while--lots of dust under the beds (as I found when I dropped something under the bed and had to go looking for it) and on the ceiling fans. We were welcomed with a swept up pile of sand and dust in the middle of the living area, with a broom propped on the wall right next to it. Many of the dishes in the cabinets had leftover or caked-on food, and we soon found out why: the dishwasher would run but it did not clean the dishes. They came out dirty and we had to hand wash everything. The kitchen had a good supply of items, but they were all stored in random cabinets with no rhyme or reason, so it always took us a while to find something (we left the kitchen a lot more organized than we found it). The pillows were very old (except for the pillows in the king bedroom) and had a lot of old, dark stains on them. The bed coverings were also very dingy, and the bath towels and bed linens were cheap-hotel issue (very thin). We also had a small problem with check-in: we were told that the management desk was staffed 24/7, but when we arrived around 10 pm, the office was locked up tight and no one was answering the phone number we were given. We called the emergency number and the on-call manager walked us through how to get our keys and gate code. The car gates worked, but the pedestrian gates were not functioning the entire week we there. We were doing a lot of walking and biking, so we called the management 3 times to ask when they would be fixed, but they never got to it. We also had a lot of trouble with the wi-fi, even the 5G signal would kick us off intermittently, and since my husband was trying to work while we were down there, it became a pretty big problem. The outdoor lights over the small back patio were burned out, but a maintenance guy did come and replace the outdoor light at the main entrance. I mentioned these things to the property manager (Vacation Time of Hilton Head) and they seemed indifferent. The condo needs some TLC, someone to really give it a good looking-over.
