We couldnt have asked for (or probably found) a better place to rent for the weekend. The patio view was far better than expected. Even with sub zero temps, we couldn't help but spend some moments taking it all in. The condo size was perfect for our little family too. Felt like a home.

Stayed at this condo for quick ski trip to Copper Mountain (12 miles away) with my husband, my 19 y/o daughter and her friend. In the past we’ve stayed at Copper resorts ski in/ski out, and in Frisco (7 miles from Copper). It is well worth the slightly longer drive, to stay at this beautiful setting in Dillon. The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. The view is spectacular. The unit is well appointed. The owner was courteous and responded promptly to text. We will definitely stay here next time. When we do, we’ll make it more than a mere 3 night stay.

Paper work (lease) felt a little extensive, but place was very well decorated and maintained. Kitchen was fully stocked with common items so you can focus just on cocking what you want.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location is amazing, short drive to many interesting places including Vail and Breckenridge. The condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked with anything you will need. There is a very convenient shopping center across the street with an REI and grocery store. The view of the lake and mountains is incredible, we miss it so much already!!

We really enjoyed our stay over here. The view is fantastic and location is perfect for quiet vacation. In rental property all basic amenities were provided and basic grocery can be bought across the street. Bicycle, kayak rentals are walking distance available also.

Our family will be returning during our next snowboarding trip! 3 of the 5 of us snowboard and spent all day at the slopes. The other 2 stayed in enjoying the view and fireplace. The condo was beautiful, beds comfortable, and kitchen fully stocked. Location is perfect for ski resorts, food, and views. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our kids. They loved the pool goes up to 6 ft. You don’t see that many places. We will be back next time.

This property was convenient to everything in the area. The rental access was easy. The garage parking and elevator were much appreciated especially with all our winter gear. The unit was clean and well appointed. The gas fireplace was easy to use and added great ambiance in winter. The lake and mountain views from the balcony, as mentioned in previous reviews, are spectacular. The beds are comfortable, although the bed in the master bedroom is higher than a standard bed, so if you have mobility issues it may be a challenge. Also, there was no nightstand on the right side of the bed in the master bedroom to charge a phone, put a glass of water or book, or incidentals. The loveseat in the living area was comfortable, but the sofa sank on the left side. There was a small smart TV in a cabinet, but it did not swivel or extend for comfortable viewing from the loveseat or sofa. And this was the only TV in the unit. This was not a big deal to us. We had a great, comfortable stay and would recommend this property to enjoy and make great memories.

Loved the home just as much the second time as we did the first! Incredible views and perfect location. Will certainly be back.

Perfect location! We had such a wonderful time. Went skiing during the day and sat in the hot tub at night. Then sat by the fire and played games. Perfect family vaca.

Condo was exactly as advertised and hosts were very attentive. Lake Dillon views from living room and master bedroom. Learned that next door unit is owned by same owner so would definitely rent both condos and bring another family to enjoy! Can’t wait to return!

Enjoyed our stay here

The unit is on the 3rd floor and requires you to climb 8 flights of stairs from the garage. The elevator was broken. After talking to a resident, I learned that the elevator was broken before we booked. We had to check-out a day early because we felt trapped and couldn't stand climbing up and down all those stairs, despite living at elevation. Of course, the owner of the unit denies knowing this. When we tried to contact the Owner and partner owner's phone numbers, their carrier said "User is out of the service area" and the HOA emergency line wanted you to leave a voicemail and never actually pick up. Other weird things about the otherwise nice unit: - No night table on 1 side of the master bed - Master bed was hard as a rock - Sketchy looking fireplace wiring. Probably not to code. - The only way to get a breeze (and cool the unit) is to open a window that faces the highway with its loud motorcycles. - No screen on either door of the porch making cooling difficult. - Ridiculously confusing booking process with Expedia, VRBO and Homeaway involved. It wasn't all bad, though. - The apartment decor is stunning. As is the view of Lake Dillon. - Lake access is unbeatable - Underground garage spots - 1 for your toys (kayak) - The supermarket and REI and pretty much everything else including other ski towns were a very short drive away.

Great location and a beautiful view! We enjoyed the beautiful views of Lake Dillon, while enjoying the conveniences the town of Dillon had to offer. Dillon was a great place for our home base while we traveled around the area. The owner was very easy to work with and even extended our stay from our original booking by one night. We love the look of the log furniture but it is not very comfortable for lounging in the living room area, thus, the only reason for the 4 star rating.

Our family of 5 stayed in this condo for a ski weekend and absolutely loved it. 3 teenagers all had their own beds with the bunk beds in the guest room, the master bedroom was super cozy and the whole place was wonderfully updated. The kitchen was fully stocked, there were fun games to play and a very cozy fireplace. Best part was the amazing view!! Breathtakingly beautiful! Would definitely stay here again!
