La posizione e' eccellente, la vicinanza con l'aeroporto, ai paesi El Medano e Los Abrigos, l'immensa spiaggia della Tejita, il centro commerciale a due passi,il grande giardino interno con piscine, curatissimo!!

Qualche finitura dei mobili della cucina, molto completi e attrezzati ma un pochino sciupati dall'uso intenso, tutto comunque perfettamente funzionante, piu' qualche piccola miglioria al bel bagno. Qualche piccolo problema nel trovare un parcheggio per l'auto, soprattutto se si rientra un po' tardi la sera, attenzione a non parcheggiare ove non consentito, perche' ogni tanto passa la Policia !! Ma il soggiorno sara' comunque sempre stupendo.

Il n’y a pas quelque chose que je n’ai pas aimé, le seul point un peu négatif est qu’à l’heure actuelle, le village est en construction…

The location had a supermarket right beside and good restaurants which was great, but having to go anywhere else was a long taxi journey.

I didn’t like the distance to different areas, however the area we were in was lovely, but very small.

Very clean cosy apartment with all facilities and welcome gift upon arrival, nicely located fitted with the C02 and fire alarm and security alarm was installed. The host were professional, friendly and very responsive - pleasure to deal with.

Lovely overnight stopover after our flight. Beautiful clean apartment. Lovely terrace and communal pool which I'm sure we would have used if stayed longer. 😀

Plates were melamine plastic. Found mattress very firm.

We went there with 2toddlers and the fact that it is a quiet area was a bonus for us. We had all the facilities at the apartment, all clean and nice.

It’s really comfortable place to stay in quiet residential complex. Apartment was clean, owners very nice and helpful. We liked second balcony with Teide view, tomato fields weren’t problem for us at all and it wasn’t windy. Maybe location isn’t the strongest point of this accommodation for some people but we liked it. Close to everything. Just remember that this side of the island is windy.
