Location day and night is very noisy. Nighttime u hear people singing karaoke, midnight u hear motorbike sounds like racing, day time noisy neighbour shouting names and slamming door. 😫

The manager support for the check in . A bit challenging but anyway was good .

Buffer menu was terrible and very2 limited choice. No al-aqad menu. Dinner time closed too soon 9pm. Food room service - No room service at all Breakfast -Late in refilling food that have finished. Omellete was cook in half only. ( I like none)

The lift operation are unacceptable, have to wait more than 20 minutes to go up & down. furthermore the maintenance carry out for lift during peak time everyday on our stayed.

الغرف باركيه نظام شقق لا يشبه الفنادق ابدا ، الوصول للغرفه يحتاج اكثر من مصعد والفطور مصعد ثالث مو منظم ، اللوبي صغير مو مستوى 5 نجوم ، لايوجد عمال يشيلون والشنط نظام اخدم نفسك بنفسك

27.2.24 Rabu Proses check-in sekejap. Tiada deposit. Bilik bersih, bestnya ada banyak bantal. kali ke 2 dah check sini 🥰 Kolam renang terletak di level 41. View mmg cantik dari atas ni. Semalam hujan ..pagi berkabus, kawasan sekitar hotel. banyak restoran. kedai runcit, stesen-stesen minyak Dari hotel ke GPO ambil masa kurang 10 minit.

Yang tak sukanya cermin, hanya dalam toilet satu sahaja .. menyukarkan kitaorang set set perempuan ni, hendak memakai tudung..

Hotel best. Bilik besar dan selesa utk keluarga kami. 2 dewasa, 3 kids. Makanan sedap! Facilities best! 👍🏻

i like the swimming pool vy much🤩

1. no direct lift to the swimming pool and the lift was quite slow. 2. There is only one restaurant inside the hotel and there is no plenty of choices for food for breakfast

a few great things about the place - excellent facilities. - covered parking on site - large room - room has all the toiletries necessary for a great stay. - very friendly staff - comfortable bed. - room has heavy curtains to keep the room dark.

some small things that irked but not a dealbreaker - side table for the bed was too far. - aircon wasn't cold enough - confusing path to facilities and slow lift. - no hot water and water pressure was very low. This was very very infuriating and really a dealbreaker for me.

Rooms are spacious (for the residence and clean), good mountain view, have ample parking space, and are able to manage crowds during peak hours for breakfast.

A bit of a drive up to Genting if needed, elevator will take some time during peak hours, and although there is a pool cafe, there is no one manning the cafe as its closed.

The location was good. It was possible to walk to local shops and restaurants from the hotel.

The main problem was the lifts (elevators). The complex includes apartments as well as hotel rooms. As it was Christmas, it was busy and every single lift was full to capacity. Sometimes it would take up to 6 minutes and on one occasion, ten minutes to get from the room to the lobby by cramming into an already-full lift. The apartment we stayed in was meant to include a kitchenette. There was a fridge and cupboard space, but no cutlery or crockery, apart from some mugs. No hand towels were provided, only bath towels. The TV remote didn't work. The toilet roll was not replaced, we had to request one.
