We have stayed here before and enjoyed it yet again. A couple fixes need to be done and are getting done but now but nothing to make our time here any different. We love the location and the view! Very comfortable beds and decorations are pretty cool. I would definitely recommend staying here. We will be back!

We loved every minute of our stay at the Surf Shop! When we arrived there was music playing and rum and coke on the counter. The host also left some nice gifts on the bed for us. The condo had everything you need. The oceanfront balcony was my favorite part! Perfect spot to watch the sunrise and set. People watch and relax. The building was nice and quiet, not a ton of guest. We really enjoyed our stay and would def come back next year!

The location is perfect, close to Flagler. The condo was very nice, just as described. The host provided many extra's for us to use during our stay like throw blankets, soft cooler,beach chairs and towels. It was a lot of the little things that I really appreciated condiments in the refrigerator, spices, plenty of TP, paper towels,Kleenex,paper plates, dish soap, coffee along with the soaps,candy,soda and rum. Very considerate and kind. I would have booked this unit for next year but its already taken. My advise would be, if its available, book it.

This a great place with gorgeous ocean views. The only sounds at night are waves. It is a short walk to great restaurants and shops

Condo was amazing and had so many little extra touches that made it the best condo we have stayed at. Host has really done a great job with candy, soaps, rum and coke, stocking everything one would need and responding very quickly to questions. Would have liked the beach more if it was not for the cars driving on it and parking between us and the ocean playing super loud music from sun up to sundown on several days of our trip. The condo was terrific though.

We spent 4 weeks at this condo and have already booked it again for next year. It was very nice, a great location and very well stocked. And THE VIEW!!!!!

Location of this property can't be beat. This was a return trip & it was again amazing. The owner has thought of everything you could ever need and then some; we always overpack. The beach is awesome here. NSB is an awesome town. Lots of fun restaurants and outdoor dining available. This is a very quiet smaller, well maintained property which is much appreciated. Love having an individual garage to park. Love the taller chairs on the patio to see over the railing. Can't say enough good things about this rental!!!! Thanks, Tania.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The view was amazing, the beach and pool were relaxing, and the area offered many restaurants and shops within a short walk. The unit was clean and well-stocked with anything we could need. The kitchen had quality appliances and pans, the washer and dryer were new and large, beds were comfortable, and the a/c and ceiling fans worked well, and the linen closet had plenty of towels. There were so many nice "extra" touches that made us feel welcome, such as handmade soaps, bags of m&ms, flowers, and rum & coke. The upgraded wifi and media options (cable, netflix, prime, disney) were appreciated, as well. We also loved the personal notes explaining some unique decorations like the turtle shell and surfboard. This hostess should be paid to do seminars for other renters on how to provide an outstanding guest experience. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect NSB experience! Walking distance to Flagler. Large balcony right on the beach. Spacious throughout. Personal garage full of beach items. The host is unbelievably gracious.

You can't beat the location. It's right on the ocean and walking distance to Flagler avenue which has wonderful restaurants and shops.

My family has been vacationing in NSB for over 60 years. The Surf Shack at Watermark is the best condo we have ever stayed in. Beautifully appointed with the most amazing ocean front view! You won't need to bring anything other than your swim suit. Within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. We will be back.

A superb property in a great location, direct on a lovely beach of powder white sand. The owners attention to detail and extra touches of hospitality were much in evidence, and made our stay extra special. Unfortunately our stay coincided with the Coronavirus, which affected local businesses, but it was very easy to cater in the condo with just about every utensil & convenience. The heated pool was also great, as were the property managers and other guests. Thank you Tania, we will definitely return.

We are big fans of NSB and this property did not disappoint. The building is smaller so generally quieter than others nearby, which was great! This unit itself is decorated with the utmost of care and attention. It has everything you could possibly ever need, and then some! You can truly come here, drop your bags, enjoy the view and relax. We've stayed at many VRBO properties and many properties all over the world, and Tania's unit is unquestionably the best equipped we have ever encountered. Drawers are full of supplies, from kitchen utensils to dishwasher tabs. The thoughtfulness of the manager is apparent throughout the property and in every communication. The location is fantastic for accessing Flagler Street's shopping and restaurants. You are lucky indeed if you are able to reserve this awesome property!

This condo has it all! We enjoyed all the amenities. The location was great and walkable to the shops and restaurants on Flagler Ave.

This was our second year in this fantastic condo! Truly our favorite location on this beach. Walking distance to EVERYTHING! This condo couldn’t be more stocked....from coffee, the laundry supplies, to anything beach related. Our friends were two condos down and were super envious of our condo and the hospitality from the owner! I cried our last night before leaving. Will definitely be back.

A beautiful property! Accommodations were excellent and falling asleep to the ocean every night was a bonus. The condo was everything advertised and more. The unit was clean and full of little extras , everything we needed for a wonderful vacation was there. No doubt we’ll be returning!!

We had the pleasure of spending the month of February in Tania’s fantastic unit. The condo has a wonderful floor plan and very tasteful decor. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to prepare meals in ( although with so many great restaurants near by we didn’t use it too much ). The condo building is well maintained- the grounds and pool are lovely. The location is fabulous- we loved being able to walk to Flagler Avenue. Tania, Donna and Kirk ( the managers ) were all very friendly and helpful. But the biggest draw was the amazing view from the expansive balcony. During our stay we witnessed dolphins, the Good Year Blimp, a space launch, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and a magnificent double rainbow. We would highly recommend staying here.

This is our second time staying in this condo and all we can say is again it was great. Everything we needed was there in the unit and again the view is breathtaking. The owners are always quick at responding back to us with any questions we may have. If you are looking to stay anywhere in New Smyrna Beach this is the place to stay. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

All I can say is wow!! We walked in and when we saw the place we were shocked at how beautiful this place was. The layout of the condo was perfect and had everything a person could need or want in order to have a great stay. The views were incredible you could pretty much see the beach from any where in the condo. The property management staff was great and they were very helpful and kept the common areas of the property like the pool and grounds spotless. If you are looking for a place to stay in New Smyrna I highly recommend this place. The owner was also very helpful and quick to respond whenever I needed something.

Prior reviews are all on point.... Communication with the owner and staff was fantastic. The buildings location seemed safe for our late-teen girls to stroll without us. The grounds building/parking/pool areas were all very well kept. The unit itself had personal touches everywhere compared to many other places we have rented over the years and this owner truly seems to care about your stay/has pretty much thought of everything to make your stay worry free. Simply put, (if available) I can't see us needing or wanting to look at any other unit when coming back to New Smyrna.

This is a great condo in a great location. Beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was very spacious and was stocked with everything you need to start your vacation. We truly enjoyed a wonderful week in New Smyrna Beach. The location was fantastic! So easy to enjoy all that NSB has to offer by foot or short car drives. The condo had everything and then some you could want for your week away. The owners were so responsive even over a small quick question. They also provided all those little things that you don't expect but make the place and experience special. Additionally, the management staff that maintained the facility were warm and wonderful. We look forward to being here again soon and highly recommend this condo for your next stay! Enjoy - we did!!

I absolutely loved this condo! It was more then I ever could've asked for! Top of the line everything from the Tv's to the kitchen appliances to the washer and dryer. The kitchen was gorgeous and I loved cooking in it! It had everything you needed to make a nice breakfast or dinner. When we walked in there were little notes with gifts everywhere which was so nice and really different because you don't usually get things like that from most condos or owners. The owners also couldn't have been any nicer! Any question I had they answered very quickly and at any time of the day. The view was amazing, easily a million dollar view and the sliding glass doors opened up the whole way so you could let the beach breeze come in! The decor was by far my favorite! It was styled exactly how I would do it with cool blues and tans and oranges and so many things had a cool story like the surfboard on the wall in the dining room or the turtle shell in the master bedroom! Speaking of the master, the bedroom and bed was HUGE and so was the bathroom and to top it off it had a walk-in closet which isn't something you find in most condos! One of the best things there was you had your own private garage to park your car and it was filled with beach toys, chairs, canopies, boogie boards and even bikes to ride on the beach or in town! The pool there was always warm and the beach itself was beautiful! I will definitely be back to this condo, it's by far my favorite one I've ever stayed in and I had a really hard time having to leave it. I can't wait for my next trip back! I highly highly recommend this place is everyone, you won't be disappointed!
