We had a wonderful time. The view is absolutely beautiful!!! The location and amenities are as described.
Check-in was so easy, and everyone was so helpful. They also assisted with a car service from the airpott. Any questions i had were answered immediately. We will definitely stay again.

absolutely GORGEOUS! the bedrooms are sensational. it was so great to have help and assistance at our fingertips with texting the five star luxury travel management - they really went above and beyond. we'll be back for sure!

Most of the people i spoke with weren’t able to answer my questions so there was a lot of waisted time just waiting for calls back. My questions were regarding things like early check in and needing to leave the reservation early, so I was surprised the staff weren’t aware of the policies. It’s also worth mentioning that the rooms, despite being in a hotel don’t offer things like room service or even a phone to communicate with the front desk.
Using the Vrbo app has proven to be a great alternative apps and traditional hotels, but my experience with this booking has made me think twice about using the app again. Not being able to communicate with a sole owner or host is very frustrating and being in a hotel but not being able to take advantage of hotel amenities made me feel like I was being taken advantage of.
Again, the staff was friendly but I honestly can’t say I’d recommend Five Star Luxury Travel to anyone after my experience.

This was without a doubt the nicest two bedroom condo with most fabulous views of the ocean and beach my wife and I have ever stayed at and we look forward to returning on our next trip to Miami.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out everything was perfection. The location, the views, the style was beautiful. The kitchen had everything you might need. We were very pleased with our stay and look forward to returning.
