Top breakfast room very clean

The hotel is upscale and very clean, the toilets are Japanese style, which is excellent for us as Muslims, we do not need to take a bidet with us 😁 The view was over the private garden which is beautiful. the room decorations are great

One thing of note Our last day, an incident occurred at the breakfast buffet. I reserved a table for both my wife and me, and while the waitress was showing to our table, another waitress tried to give our reserved seat to another man, completely ignoring us until noticing her coworker's annoyed look as well as us noticing the exchange between them. Thankfully, she still made sure we were seated at our reserved table.   In spite of this one incident, our stay was wonderful. My wife and I were treated very well. The staff was welcoming and did their jobs quickly and efficiently. The place was clean, and the food was good. This hotel was worth the stay

Upgrade to the 8th floor room from (original) second floor room. Enjoyed the park view for novel reading.

There was a high charge in the toilet.

Very high charges for a simple morning coffee—9 pounds for 1 take away coffee. In the US, most hotels have a free coffee urn in the lobby

It's exactly what you'd expect for a 5-star property in central London - comfortable room, proficient staff, and all the usual facilities on site. Location was convenient to work.

Lacks charm or character (as expected for such properties). No kettle or coffee machine in the room.
