L’hôtel est bien situé mais si vous venez en voiture c’est très compliqué de se garer et cela coûte cher
La chambre familiale que nous avions était au sous sol basse de plafond peu lumineuse et bruyante car les pas résonnent. Et ce sont les gens qui entrent et sortent et la réception donc autant dire que le matin c’est un vrai ballet… la salle de bain est assez grande et propre mais il n’y a qu’un lavabo sur pied donc impossible de poser ses affaires ce n’est pas confortable. Pas de tapis de bain fourni ni de petites serviettes c’est sommaire : une grande serviette par personne uniquement. Et un seul rouleau de papier toilette pour une chambre familiale sans réserve :( deux sièges seulement dans la chambre dite familiale… bref beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est et les services

Our room was poky, tiny and for the price, a disappointment. Breakfast was okay but in a different hotel.

Room- Marrakesh was on the small side in particular the bathroom.
Bed was comfy though and breakfast was very good.
Only one small bottle of water was left so would have been nice if 2 bottles were there.

Excellent service and would thoroughly recommend. Communication was excellent and the staff was very helpful with luggage and getting around Brighton. Breakfast was superb. Special mention to Dragos. Very thoughtful extras when you leave. Thank you.

Location was excellent with a great view of the sea. All staff were amazing, courteous, friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to help. Room was great with a very comfortable bed. All in all a fantastic experience and would highly recommend 😀

The hotel was beautiful a couple minutes walk to the beach , very clean and the room was beautiful, will definitely recommend to family and friends

Room was a little overheated at night with no apparent control.

Lovely location and the room was very charming.
Breakfast was delicious and staff were very helpful especially in explaining how to get back into the property late at night.
When I arrived it was before check in time and I wanted to freshen up but the toilet downstairs was tiny and this made it very difficult!

Very close to the beach and convenient for visiting shops
Basement room was very noisy as the entrance door was above our head. We could hear every single conversations when people were passing by, foot noise kept us awake and the slamming of the door was unbearable. We definitely won’t recommend a family traveller to stay in a summer if you are a light sleeper.

Earlier check in and staff were very attentive carried our liggage to the room for us and also very catering with coffee tea and sugar facilities. Breakfast was excellent and staff were really friendly, bed was comfy but pillows to soft, shower was lovely and well temperatured, perfect location
Pillows were abit to soft, needs another chair, prefer chest draws than fold down draws, seaguls were very noisy late night and early morning plus a hotel guest was talking bery loudly on our last night into the early hours but other than that great

My blinds where awful and on an angle couldn't straighten them . Also the bathroom could do with cleaning also a lick of paint in the room.just a re fresh

We had a nice large basement room with a large bathroom and shower. The room was well equipped, good decor and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, although located in a neighbouring hotel (fortunately it was sunny so no issue getting there). Nice location near a park and only minutes from the pier and the centre of Brighton

I loved that the property was walking distance from the pier and beach. So many restaurants nearby as well. The property was also cozy and quiet. The breakfast spread was filled with lots of delicious options and the staff was helpful and attentive. But what made the stay even better was the hotel manager Daniela. She was very welcoming, personable, and gave great recommendations of sights to see in Brighton. I would definitely recommend the Sea Spray for your stay in Brighton.

The room was smaller than expected but I realise I paid the lowest rate and it was clean and comfortable .

A lovely quiet place to stay in an amazing location. The staff are awesome and so helpful. Despite not requesting it, they tried their hardest to check us into our room when we arrived early and our room was upgraded too. The breakfasts are really good with a full English breakfast, continental or cereals and fruit salad all available. This will be our go to hotel in Brighton from now on.
This didn't affect me, but as the building is part of a Regency terrace, I wonder about disabled access.

Great central location, nice view, staff were lovely, room was great, comfortable and clean, exactly like pics, bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was great too, worth paying for convenience and selection and as much as you like.
Squeaky floorboards from room above when people moving about but its an old building so has to be expected
