We liked the location, the room in general, and the breakfast.

We didn't like the blanket in the sheets, no coffee set in the and you can't get from the front desk. Another issue which is absure is to get a 20" TV in the room.

For those on pilgrimage to Fatima, I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, friendly and attentive staff, good and convenient dining at its restaurant.

The breakfast is exceptional and the staff are very helpful. Room is perfect!

The Location is Amazing you can't go wrong. You wake up and open your window and the Sanctuary is right there in-front of you (added a picture) . The breakfast is nice. Everyone was nice and ready to help. They have a private parking.

no kettle in the room for tea/coffee. we always like to boil water before drinking.

Friendliness of staff on reception.

The waiting staff in the restaurant were very professional, but rather stiff and unsmiling. A bit too formal for us. The bed was very creaky. We would have liked a drink in the bar but there was no service. The sign on the door said Happy Hour between 6 and 7, but we waited until gone 6.30 and nobody turned up. We went out for a drink. When we returned after 7, the bar was still unattended. We asked at reception and the young lady came to serve us.

Very close to the fatima shrine. Went to all the late masses easily.

The restaurant food for dinner was not up 3 star quality. The breakfast food was good. Lots of variety.

Next to the sanctuary of Fatima. So convenient. Good restaurant in hotel. Breakfast is excellent with good variety of choices.

The breakfast was good. The hotel is situated in an excellent location very near the Sanctuary, shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It is directly across the road from the Bascliica a 2 - 3 minute walk and a lot of restaurants within walking distance excellent location. They have a great selection of food for breakfast.

It was a small bit pricey for food.
