Location is great in the city, yet relatively quiet. Staff are wonderful, always super helpful and polite. Good breakfast buffet too.

Great location close to Spark Arena! Very clean and beautiful rooms. Parking is no hassle and the staff are amazing! Will definitely stay again!

Only downfall was there was only one elevator working on a Saturday night. Had to wait 15+ minutes for the elevator as we were on the 17th floor. Upgrading the elevator will be better in the long run though.

Great location. Loved the park for minding and evening walks.

Table was a little wobbly. An extra user for hanging things round have been nice but in the end it is not a deal breaker.

I primarily booked it to do some laundry, but there’s really no point in using the dryer unless you have multiple days. it’s not the fault of the staff, I think it’s just a design flaw of a 2-in-1 machine. It would probably be better to just provide a clothes rack to dry clothes that way.

Great view all the way to the bay. Semi separate bed rooms. one ensuite. Middle of town so you can basically walk almost anywhere you want.

Was not very clean. Leftovers in oven. Floor not clean. Parking was kind of expensive, plus expensive for late check-in. Kind of noisy next to elevator.

Sehr kleines Zimmer. Und das Bad ist auch minimalistisch klein! Für eine Suit, viel zu wenig Platz im Raum! Das Bett war sehr unbequem. Billige Matratze mit Spiralfeder!

The cost for this room was exorbitant for what we were presented with. It was a busy weekend in the city but that is no reason to charge such shocking rates. It was very run done and needs a serious refit. The kitchen though clean had doors that were out of alignment and had poorly fitting appliances that had obviously been retrofitted. There weren’t even milk pods supplied for a hot drink !! The bathroom was poorly fitted out with obvious appliance changes with minimal tidying up of paintwork and tile grout. The hot water tap attachment to the washing machine ran continuously and could not be turned off. The basin was very small. There was little shelf space available. The beds were not as comfortable as they should have been.

I was woken up at 2am to a drunk stranger in their underwear standing at the end of my bed. The porter had given her my room key. Very traumatic, especially as I had two young girls in the room with me

Curtains have molds, the bathroom have molds, the artificial perfume they put before we used the room is horrible.

Omg, It was the most horrible hotel I’ve ever stayed in my entire life, including any cheap backpackers or Airbnbs. The room was just so disgusting, we had to check out after one night, even though we booked for 4 nights. The kitchen, bathroom and curtain looked really old and dirty. It looked like they didn’t properly clean it for at least 5 years. I didn’t want any fancy room, it just had to be clean enough so I could touch anything. The most disgusting thing was the inside of bathroom sliding door. Obviously they do minor cleaning while the door is opened, so I could see all the disgusting brown spots and stains(don’t want to imagine what that is) when I closed the door. The shower was super small, body wash bottle was empty. The kitchen - I didn’t even want to touch it. I blame myself that I didn’t read the reviews carefully. Sad that I can share only one photo for the room.

Room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke, I called reception and the woman that answered the phone didn't know what I wanted her to do about it, the beds had been made so the cleaner had obviously smelt the cigarette smoke when entering the room but did nothing about it. Reception sent someone up to spray the room about 2hours after I called the front desk. The smoke alarm & water sprinkler had been covered with wet toilet tissue so they weren't set off by the person smoking. They were obviously long term guests. Bathroom was disgusting, only surfaced cleaned not scrubbed, shower door was broken and couldn't be closed properly.

We liked the fact that the hotel is close to Queen st and Viaduct a short walk to spark arena it is soo close to everything it was amazing !!

The Spa wasnt working and neither was the Sauna that was a disappointment and the tv didnt work either we had no remote , the guy at reception gave us one but we still couldnt figure out how to get onto normal tv it was insane !!

Breakfast was very good. Plenty to choose from, varied and great choices. Great location and friendly staff. Comfortable rooms.

The room door could not lock. The pillowcases were dirty We tried calling the on several occasions at the reception but there was no one attending to our calls Furthermore, when we went to check out, though we tried calling the reception and no one answered the call, there was someone helping out. Upon asking why no one was picking up the phone, she said we are understaffed

The second bed was basically 2 wire beds pushed together. The shower door didn't work. If shut, the person got stuck and needed a second person to help them out. The bathroom shower head was so loose it was going to come off the wall. Toilet seat loose. Carpet ripped. There is no parking for a Ute. My hire car was parked in front of the building all night while people sat and lent on it (we witnessed this) reception said nothing when we paid for secure parking. We were not advised that car couldn't fit and that would be outside the all night. Room aircon didn't work. Would not have classified the room as 2 bedrooms as advertised as the second bed was just behind a glass screen. Booked for 3 nights, only stayed 1 due to the condition and did not feel safe. Resulting in having to pay another hotel more for a safe environment. When asked about refunds got denied. However refund for 2 out of 3 nights "secure" parking.

Good Location - Friendly Reception Staff

Room was very dated, tv wires hanging out, furniture that looked like it might fall apart if you touched it, fake flowers covered in dust, walls were missing patches of paint, very tired and looked unclean in bathroom area - room cost $500/night was expecting a little more for this type of money.

Valet parking was very useful, and the close proximity to CBD and Spark Arena. Great kitchen equiped with oven, cook top, dishwasher, microwave, and jug.

We paid 400$ for one night, the TV didn't work, the phone didn't work so we couldn't call reception to request car valet. The room was dusty, the bathroom smelled gross like bacteria coming from the shower drain. There was visible mold on the aircon unit. The elevators were in poor condition and didn't sound too well, but I did see a sign saying they were in the process of being upgraded.
