We liked the location been central and closer to all convenience’s including bus stands , super markets etc

Nothing in particular, but preferred if the towels were changed a bit more frequently. The door in the shower cubicle had warped and water was often leaking out.

Got upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment, which was amazing, thanks! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good, spacious parking and excellent central location, close to Aotea Square and lots of good dining. The only accommodation in the city I could find for around $200 and I wasn't disappointed.

The bed was a little lumpy and old. Wifi was a little glitchy. Decor dated, but none of these really impacted my stay.

Sehr zentrale Lage in Laufweite zum Hafen und vielen Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten, sehr nettes Personal. Speziell in unserem Zimmer: vom Balkon aus toller Blick auf den Sky Tower und das Silvester Feuerwerk.

Das Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ist aber noch durchaus annehmbar.

Reception staff were friendly. Cleaners were thorough, and the sound system was great for casting.

Loved having the kitchen and living room to hang out with family and eat breakfasts. Loved the washer and dryer!

2nd bedroom was so small that only one person's luggage could be opened in the room. Dryer made so much lint and was not vented outside, therefore bathroom was always humid. Ensuite bathroom required a step into the shower of almost a meter. This was not easy for us to scale.

I enjoyed the view from where we were staying. It was also a nice and tidy room. Good room

Not much where were some problems with the t.v but it was fixed in 5 minutes.

The Staff member at the front was friendly and informative he was awesome!! Made our stay that much more comfortable.

Location is very good for tourist, shopping and eating. The room is big and is comfy enough.

The building overall is quite old and looks dirty.

Very convenient location. walking distance to the city centre, closed to public transport and restaurants etc, rooms was very clean. comfy bed. good wifi connection, balcony with city view.

Dust on items ie hairdryer. Room needs a spring clean

The views over Myers Park

The floors hadn't been cleaned. The desk was under the tv so had to move it so we could do different things

The room was a very decent size and staff were lovely. Very clean aswell. Left something behind and they are posting to me.

The milk was off in the fridge. The washing machine was super unstable and kept pausing even with a tiny load. There wasn't an extra blanket for the bed. Appliances were very old.

Central location.

Noise from late night revelry and traffic. Loose manhole cover in Queen Street significantly added to traffic noise.
