The location is very nice. The outdoor facade was inviting. The waitstaff were great at the restaurants.

Checkin was horrible, the room wasn’t ready, and we didn’t get the room we paid for.

La ubicación, un buen personal y que hubo música en el hotel para un sano entretenimiento sin tener que salir.

Es caro y todo cuesta mucho... El estacionamiento, desayunos...

Ubicación, precio accesible, arquitectura, limpieza de lugar, sabroso, nutritivo y variado desayuno, además del trato amable y sumamente profesional por parte de su bien capacitado personal.

Liked the room, the new restaurant, and the location. Breakfast was decent as well.

Didn't like that the Netflix and streaming didn't work during our entire stay. Didn't like that housekeeping didn't service the room regularly even though it was promised.

Die zentrale Lage in San Juan. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig, ebenso das Bad.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, der Preis dafür nicht gerechtfertigt. Der Zimmerservice kam nur nach Aufforderung. Das Frühstück war von der Auswahl her begrenzt.

Lo único bueno es la ubicación

Las instalaciones muy vetustas . El desayuno escaso y malo . Llegamos no había toalllas de baño . Hubo que reclamarlas y demoraron mucho rato en traerlas . No tiene secador de pelo . Mala relación de calidad con el precio . No había cubiertos en el desayuno

Sólo nos gustó la ubicación

La actitud del personal pésima. El check lo hicieron una hora más tarde. Nos cancelaron el desayuno a todos los huéspedes a las 9:00 am y era hasta las 10:00 Las habitaciones no estaban listas al check in. No tenían personal amable. Si no hubiera sido por la gerente que nos ubicó en una suite y nos logró conseguir el desayuno la hubiéramos pasado peor. Deben mejorar habían muchos turistas y es la impresión que se llevan de nuestro país. Qué pena sentimos de ver a los turistas incómodos cuando le decían que no había desayuno para ellos aún cuando lo habían pagado. Deben mejorar!

Not being charged for the cancellation

Booked for one night. When we arrived it was clear that serious renovation works were ongoing about which we had not been warned. Large queues to check in and out and lobby looked like a war zone. We immediately cancelled our reservation and in fairness were not charged for the cancellation.

La ubicacion y la comodidad de la habitacion

Pesimo el desayuno. Y la limpieza pesima. Poco personal y los que habian se quejaban. De los 4 dias. Solo 2 dias limpiaron la habitacion. Deben mejorar el servicio. El restaurant pesimo, mas de 1 hora para poder cenar. Igual la impresion falta de personal

Le déjeûner était bien et varié.

Un hôtel en rénovation. L'entrée était vraiment discutable. Avec tout l'attirail des travailleurs manuels. La salle de bain avait des cheveux par terre et des taches.

The location is great BUT

Renovation we’re going on during our visit, which we were NOT told of. The safety hazards and mess were unacceptable. Only a skeleton crew was working. No welcome and the small cafe that had to be accessed via a trip around scaffolding past the disinterested door man down the steps and around the corner. When you get there it only seats 10-15 people and premade sandwiches only.

The size of the room was good. The comfort of the bed and furniture were nice.

The hotel had major construction going on to remodel the hotel. I paid almost $900 for 2 nights and they put me in a suite right above the construction. On top of that, the outside bar and music were directly below my room. The noise level was ridiculous. There was hammering going on above my room as well. When I complained to the hotel they said “it’s a really nice room and upgrade to the rest” and then argued with me about the hammering saying there was no construction going on at night, but yet the minute I called, at midnight, they said something in Spanish to someone else and the hammering stopped. We also had a cockroach running across the floor.

hotel en reformas. no pueden cobrar lo mismo. mucho ruido gritos polvo. horrible.

el desayuno pobre .el hotel cambió de nombre. ya no es sheraton . muy sucio. estaba en reformas. y cuando llega un crucero le dan prioridad a toda esa gente quedando los huéspedes a un lado. me sentí muy desfraudado.
