Very good hotel for staying in Prague. The personal is friendly and always helpful. The room was big, comfortable and very clean. Also, very good breakfast. We had a very pleasant (second) stay at Hotel Schwaiger, and would definitely recommend it.

First I would say staff is really helpful and responsive. we booked the junior suite and it was perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Distance to the city centre and nearby local station is quite far away. 10 mins walk and in night it is quite secluded.

I'm a frequent visitor of the hotel for long period. The rooms are very convenient, very clean and well maintained as well as the entire facility thanks to the dedicated and attentive staff of the hotel. The staff is very friendly, helpful and service oriented, making their utmost efforts to make my stay optimal.

Fabulous hotel for a good price; good location (although better take an uber to go to town), very good and correct breakfast, very friendly staff, and excellent room (nice, clean, cosy and spacious!). The hotel is hyper-well organized and has eye for detail: the little soaps they provide are excellent quality, the bed is great, and I even got a bottle of complementary sparkling wine on day 3. Nice gestures!

I had a little issue with a fosset that wouldnt open (but fairly rapidly corrected); and although 1 window has a screen that closes perfectly for the night, the other one didnt, so some light peaks in in the early morning. Also, you get 1 L of complementary water irrespective of the stay (they should provide a bottle every two days). But these are really minor details.

The hotel is very cosy, situated in a very good and calm zone. The are public transportation stations nearby, which helps a lot when moving to other parts of the city. The rooms have a lot of space, with comfortable beds and a coffee machine that you can use whenever you want. The bathroom has a lot of space, everything that was needed was provided. The cleaning room services work perfectly, all towels were changed everyday. The reception service is amazing, very nice and helpful people. Amazing breakfast also.

Nothing, perhaps we should have been warned about the party on our last night (we had to wake up very early). But staff had been so good to us that I don’t want to complain about this.

We booked two rooms, and it was great that they had a shared front hall (that could be closed from outside too), so that the rooms could be opened into one if we wished to. The receptionists were very kind and helpful, and we also loved the coffeemakers in our rooms! :)

Sometimes the food was slowly refilled at breakfast.

All was great

The room was huge, comfy and very clean. Beds were good and there was also a very nice bed four our child. Air conditioning worked well so it was a nice temperature in the room. Breakfast was really good, all the food was highest quality. The location of the hotel was perfect, the surrounding area (Bubenec) was good for just to walk around, there was also a good restaurant just a cross the road and many more little further away. The hotel also arranged easy transport from the airport.

Really can't complain about anything. The elevator broke up one day, but was fixed within a couple of hours.

Balanced and tasty

Breakfast was tasty, although I missed fruit and nuts from which you can make porridge. The chia dessert had a strange texture - as if it had been previously frozen. Overall the breakfast was tasty. The location was favorable. I also liked the freebies that came out every day. The service was very nice and friendly and helpful.

In my room there were places that were not cleaned, e.g. around door frames, windows and curtains - there were both live and dead insects and spiders. There was a strange discolored stain on the carpet next to the wall and the wallpaper shows signs of repair at this point. Were those traces of damp and fungus? One of the pillows had dirt on the pillowcase. Luckily the room was double so I didn't have to use it. The room was poorly soundproofed from the surroundings and dark at the same time. Of course, I have pictures of the comments mentioned.

The first night, the room behind the stree, it was a bit noisy. The next day i told the reception, he helped me to change to a quiet room. That's much better.

Friendly and funny check-in, very nice guys at the front desk. Breakfast was good and international and it is comfortable that you can buy some tickets for Trem and Tube and some sight-seeing directly at the front desk. Restaurant personal was very nice and funny too.

The waitress was often very quick and straight at cleaning up the tables, but was also very nice and beautiful. :)

We had a great stay in Hotel Schwaiger. Very nice staff, clean and comfortable room and very delicious breakfast.

The staff was extremely nice, from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean and the breakfast each morning made for a good start of the day. As a cherry on top we got a little present almost every day after your room was perfectly cleaned by the staff. Also if I had space in my suitcase to bring the bed, I would!

Breakfast, allthough still amazing, could be a bit healthier.
