Location is perfect! You can easily walk into the village area and ski base and enjoy mountain views while relaxing in front of the fireplace. The lobby area, hot tub and pool are conveniently close and the steam room is phenomenal. Room for improvements: no dresser/drawers in either bedroom with only a small cluttered closet in each made the bedrooms feel cramped and uncomfortable. The showers drain very slow. The living room sectional couch was comfortable yet a bit unstable on the one end, needs some repairs.

Check in and check out were very doable. Garage ceiling too low to fit by SUV with box on top, had to pay for outdoor overnight parking separately. Need some maintenance overall for detached toilet seats, paint/water damage, loose handles, etc. Fireplace kept the place nice and toasty.

The ski locker has enough room for 2 sets of skis and a snowboard, but the boots had to be brought to the condo. The only strange thing about the rental was that there is no door separating the master bedroom from the sink/shower area. Kind of a hassle when one person wakes up before the other. Luckily, there is a door separating the toilet area. All in all, not a show stopper, just an inconvenience. The unit is about 1/3 of a mile from the lifts.

Great stay near everything in Keystone. Perfect for skiing or a summer adventure. The condo was just as listed!

The place was nice. I was given a myriad of places to book. We are both physical fitness minded and chose this booking over others because it included a pool and fitness facility. This was false. Both were closed. Even the mini golf course in Dercum Square was closed. Buyer beware.

Very clean. There were some minor maintenance issues, but they were resolved quickly. Close to activities at River Run, but quiet.

It was clean, the decor was exactly as pictured! It was quiet all the time, allowing us to stay up late and sleep in! We kept the windows open and even vehicle sounds were minimal! It was nice to be on the balcony and be shaded by trees! It was nice to be able to walk for 2 minutes and be right at the all the shops. We will absolutely return! It was the perfect location to celebrate our 20th anniversary!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Close to everything in River Run and the condo was very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall was clean and the space was good--as pictured. Location and parking are good as expected. Only problem was the wifi didn't exist--we ended up logging on to other units which worked but felt a bit wrong (this was actual rec from rental agency so....). That was the only issue.

Walk to gondola was easy with boarding boots but a little far for ski boots. Gear locker is a great idea. Place was nice. Just a few little things need attention like a lamp that was broken, faucet handle broken, and the oven door wouldn’t stay shut. Views are nice, fireplace is good, balcony is cool, beds are nice. I would stay again. Oh yeah place was clean except under the couch, we dropped something and it rolled under, not nice getting it back.

The directions were clear for arrival and departure. The condo is nice with a 5-10 minute walk to the village and a little farther to the slope. The village is charming with good coffee shops, dining and other things to do

Off-site check-in was not very good. I arrived in a shuttle and did not have a car. I was told I was too early when the shuttle nicely stopped to pick up the key. No offer to help or how to get back. The management office personnel were not helpful at all. My family had to wait around for a couple of hours (no big deal) and I had to take the bus to pick up the key. Once inside, the condo had great beds and was overall very comfortable. The location was an easy walk to the River Run gondola. There were some small issues in the room which I notified the host of - nothing major.

My daughter and two grandsons stayed in Keystone, This place was perfect. We walked to the ski lifts and gondola and took a ride on both. We loved the fact that we had underground parking. My grandsons loved the pool. The condo was wonderful. Plenty of space for the four of us. I would stay there again.

We were bummed out right away because none of our keys worked and my annoyed husband had to drive back to the management office. They did apologize and gave us a bottle of wine, which was nice. There were no pool towels which meant we had to use our bath towels which were then wet for showers. There was a coffee maker but only a crappy packet of coffee - surely for the cost they could include a few good packets of coffee.

Great location. Couple of minutes walk from the ski lifts in River run.perfect for a family of four.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is awesome, just a short walk from the gondola. However, there’s a few pieces for future renters to keep in mind. First, they only allow one parking pass. There is no free overnight lot in the area, so having guests stay (at your 2 bedroom unit) poses a lot of issues. Our guest ended up being ticketed. Second, our key cards stopped working, and we were told we had to come into the office to have new cards issued, altering our ski plans. Thirdly, there are no dressers in the unit. We stayed for a month and had to live out of our suitcases as a result of this.
