Location was great, close to Tram station and easy to get into city centre. Got bowling, Cinaworld and Tesco near by. Also close to some park which is a good visit for family, ir just fancy a walk. Surrounding of the hotel is lovely, right next to the river, Spring or summer should e beautiful. I like the room, modern, and cozy feels to it. Loved the shower which was very powerful and with plenty of hot water. Over all very good hotel.

The only thing that bothered me was there are some damp smell in some area of the room. I think it's from the carpet (you need to kneel down to be able to smell it) because the hotel is right next to the river, our room is at the bottom level, and there's no fentilation in the bathroom either, so I suspect it would be damp. The room needs to be dehumidified please. Or change the carpet to wooden, laminated floor.

felt like a swimming pool walking in and not a hotel entrance,my room was lovely and clean but it was so small for two people,I thought a waterside hotel was next to water but instead I was looking at scaffolding all over the building opposite my room just a little upset with it for the price the view and the size

The staff were lovely and breakfast was decent. Good coffee too! Shower was good but the room was tiny and small double bed. Luckily we only had to stay one night.

Didn't end up using the pool / sauna. Not as pictured. It was a public leisure centre.

Reception staff very efficient and pleasant. Restaurant staff very helpful.

Although when we booked it said small room, we weren’t quite expecting it to be that small.

Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Full access to leisure centre. Easy to park.

Not very good soundproofing between the room and corridor. Could not open the cupboard as its door opened the wrong way and got stuck on the bedside table. There were no other hooks available in the room to hang anything up.

Excellent facility’s and leisure centre was great.

Slightly expensive for food and drinks purchased at the hotel.

Rooms were spotlessly clean,staff friendly and the ability to use facilities.

Stayed at hotel several times.Staff always really helpful.We enjoy a swim in the good sized pool and had breakfast for the first which had plenty of choice,again great service from the staff
