The room from the 1970s is definitely not what one would expect from a 4star hotel.

Amazing staff, everything was better than we expected. Due to weather conditions and traffic, we arrived in the night. And we found a snack prepared for us (instead of the dinner we missed). We were welcomed in our mother tongue which was another nice surprise. Everything was clean, food was delicious. Rich breakfasts.

There are several ski racing teams in the hotel (kids' teams) who are very noisy and behave badly. They made a noise from 6 am and later than 11 pm. No chance to sleep. Of course, it is not about the staff educating them (trainers didn't care). But would recommend to the hotel staff to separate them from other guests strictly. We didn't have any chance to rest and left the hotel very tired. It is not what we expected from our weekend in the mountains.

Food was superb, some of the best in Austria. Staff were friendly. Room was comfortable. Hotel had character.

Spa facilities getting refurbished so not available. Music choices in restaurant and bar a bit random & not really in keeping with general vibe.

The food was outstanding, the staff are amazingly friendly and attentive.

The hotel is fabulous and I would strongly recommend it. The room was very spacious and pleasant, with an amazing view of the valley, a shower and a bathtub, a walk-in wardrobe, and two nice sitting areas. The wi-fi speed was excellent. Breakfast and dinner were included in the price (apart from drinks), as was a snack in the late afternoon. All was very tasty. The staff were very friendly. There is a good pool (although it's often dominated by loud children) and a superb relaxation area with two saunas and a steam bath.

Although the meals were all very tasty, it would have been even better if they were a little more imaginative, but that's a minor issue.

The restaurant service was great and the food was good. The spa facilities were fine. The location is perfect, really close to the lifts. Room was spacious.

There were two single beds together instead of a double which is not comfortable. The toiletries could have been a bit better with shampoo, conditionr and shower gel instead of one for all.

The offerings for Vegetarian food was poor. Most soups were meat based and most nights the vegetarian option x 1 was cheese based. More peas, beans and lentils and spice would have been good .

Everithing was just more than perfect. The staff, the rooms. The room was just veeeery big and very comfortable. And the restaurant, I have no words to discribe the perfect organisation and the food. Thanks to everyone in the hotel. I will definitely came back.

The only thing I was not fully satisfied, was the temperature of the pool. I expected a warm or a hot water, and it was "only" about 25 degree
