Location, modern,clean

スタッフが爽やかで大変気持ちよく対応してくださり、笑顔で気配りがあり、大変混雑しているにもかかわらず1時間のレイトチェックアウトを無料で受けて頂きました。設備もよく清潔でシャワー、バス、水回り、洗面所の明るさなどの設備はもちろん、ベットの堅さや寝心地、エアコンの効き具合、すべてが大変満足でした。朝食もコールドミートやサラダのバイキング（いずれも新鮮で美味しい）にホットミールはアラカルトで注文ができて大変驚きました。おいしいのはもちろんのこと高級感があり、最高の朝食でした。周辺にノボテルや真向かいにはフォーシーズンスなど高級ホテルがある中、このホテル選んだ理由は口コミの点数が高く、スタッフの対応がとても良かったと書いてあったことから選びましたが、出発前のメールのやりとりから迅速で丁寧で、実際に泊まってみてスタッフの笑顔や対応が書き込み通りというかそれ以上でした。地下鉄のタワーヒルズ駅まで数分でアクセスもよくロンドン塔やタワーブリッジは徒歩圏内ですが、タワーヒルズ駅からリストリクト線やサークル線でウエストミンスター寺院、ビクトリア駅、バッキンガム宮殿などに直接アクセスができて大変便利です。空港からホテルへのアクセスはエリザベス線が便利で、1-6区の1日乗り放題のチケットを購入してエリザベス線でリバプール通り駅までいってサークル線に乗り換えますが、タワーヒルズ駅まで2駅です。タワーヒルズ駅からホテルまで徒歩数分ですので、ホテルでチェックインの後すぐにロンドン市内観光ができます。もちろん一日乗り放題のチケットの残りを使って便利にお得に観光ができます。もし空港のエリザベス線でヒースローエクスプレスがきた場合はそれに乗ると15分でパディントン駅まで行けてこれだけで元を取れます。パディントン駅でエリザベス線に乗り換えが必要になりますが、この時にパディントン駅にあるパディントンの銅像やベンチで写真を撮ることもできます。

No full length mirror, only mirror was in the bathroom and they don’t have plugs in bathrooms in the UK so couldn’t use hair tools etc, had to do hair with tools without a mirror

This is quite a good location, not too far from Liverpool Street for the Stansted Express and ideal for Aldgate to get to Wembley. A quiet enough part of town in the evening. The staff are excellent - helpful, pleasant and efficient. The bar and restaurant areas are nice. Good facilities

From the moment we arrived, the service was friendly and welcoming. The property was beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The beds and pillows so comfortable. Room immaculate.

The location was fabulous, just a short stroll from the tube, and a stroll from the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. We got a room upgrade , it was on the 7th floor and just a perfect twin room for our girly weekend. The staff were warm and welcoming. Would definitely return.

Amazing location, close to Tower Hill station, walking distance from Tower of London & the Tower bridge. The staff are awesome, super friendly! Comfortable stay, pillows are great. Great value for money for London.

Loved how lovely the staff were especially Robert at the restaurant and the two very excellent staff members at the reception when we checked in. I can't the girls name but she had a slight northern and so very very lovely. She gave us a 12 o'clock check out when asked if that was available and was just so helpful, friendly, but not too friendly and very well presented with gorgeous nails. All in all, she and the other receptionist actually made us love the hotel right from the very start of our quite short, but very intense stay. Robert from the restaurant made sure that we had a well needed sandwich and bottle of wine waiting for us in the room, when we arrived back at 4am in the morning. We were really very happy!

The only thing I could fault was the food. We ordered a Mains spaghetti which was more like a Starter size and far too creamy. Drenched with cream. We loved having the Club Sandwich waiting for us in our room at 4am, but it was 'trying far to hard'. The sourdough bread was too thick and the chicken slice was more like a fillet. More like a full main course meal. Some people might we happy with hugeness of it all but wasn't rocking my boat! All in all the service was impeccable. And you had to feel sorry for the young trainee who spilt a glass of wine and broke the glass. Another wonderful member of staff came straight to his side, apologised and brought me another glass of wine immediately. All First Class Service.

Extremely polite staff in all areas. Jake on reception was very friendly and helpful, making checking in and out very swift and easy. Food in The Lampery was delicious.

Comfortable bed and clean room

Walls could do with a lick of paint. We paid for a deluxe king room and it felt small. There was no where to put luggage.
