Although not very near the train station, it's within the susukino entertainment district which has many restaurants etc. The sleepwear provided was very comfortable too. There's also a shuttle bus to Sapporo station at almost every daylight hour.

If only the shuttle bus runs till late and that the hotel has coin laundry

The location is actually quite good, right next to a Lawson and Seicomart for any late night snacks or drinks. The station is a 5 min walk and many restaurants and food spots are anywhere from 10 - 20 mins walk away.

Does not have laundry facilities. We had two rooms, both rooms did not have working air conditioning, not sure if they were turned off intentionally but yeah.

Location was good

Definitely needs refreshing - room is old and so is the bathroom. The shower won’t even hold straight. Definitely not a four star like booking says - more like a three stars hotel. Breakfast did not have anything catering for people with lactose intolerance. They did not come to do our room - lots of dust on the corner of the bed.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and pillows were nice. Room was also updated.

Bathroom was dated, and the grout in the shower was kinda dirty.

the room size is huge, theres a shuttle bus to sapporo station. making our transport more convenient especially during winter with heavy snow. price is reasonable and definitely will stay again. theres a beautiful nakajima park near the hotel, can take VERY nice photos there as well.

The view from the Excel floor room was excellent. The room was clean and excellent service.

The TV was old and had no smart service to enjoy Netflix/YouTube. It had limited channels to view. The other option was to pay for the on demand movies. The shower curtain had some stains on it.

One of the male staff spoke literally no English and he told me there is no staff who can speak English before 10:00 am, which is the time that customers would like to ask questions and get ready for the activities for the day. i don’t know whether this claim is true or not as I did hear other staff spoke English to other customers however the staff whom was talking to me insisted that I cannot ask for help from other staff. I wasted an hour of very valuable morning time trying using google translator while my family was waiting in the room for me to find out how to get to where we wanted to visit with this staff. I felt the hotel hasn’t educated their staff that if you can’t help a customer, please get someone who can speak English to help rather than letting the customers wasting their time. This was extremely disappointing experience for me and I left the hotel with very painful feelings.

Staff were very helpful, quick to respond to any requests we had e.g. calling for cab, extra pillows etc. The room was very spacious and very clean, even the walls and floors.
