The place is quiet. Helpful staffs and close to the Basilica and restaurants.

The place was quiet, had a great outside view, could walk to Valinhos and the Basilca easily. Shower was clean.

There was nothing hot served for breakfast like scrambled eggs or sausage or toast. The hot drink from the machine cooled too fast, probably cause of the winter. Wish they had self serve kettles for coffee in the rooms especially in the winter

I have never stayed at a hotel with such amazing high quality of service. From checking in, to breakfast to an immaculate room. An absolute diamond of a family that run their hotel so impeccably. I stayed with my two teenage girls and we were so happy. Felt like from home to home. Our room was cleaned always and breakfast was amazing. Lucia (daughter who manages the hotel) was just like a sister to me. She looked after all our needs to the fullest. She would always give us lots of ideas of places to visit and which transport to use and would always arrange private transport for us to go to the Grutas de Mira cave. We loved the fact that the hotel was only 5 min walk to the cathedral. Thanks a million for everything !

Excellent location, easy to book and comfortable

Everything ok

This is a family run hotel and they cannot be more helpful. I need a disabled parking space and they always ensured I could park by the door. The continental breakfast was very good with a good range of treats to satisfy even the biggest appetite and with unlimited hot drinks and orange juice.

Having to leave so soon..

Could have been cleaner Breakfast included is a nice to have, but I think it's better to eat outside as we did Bath is a bit old but still ok During the day it was really loud, don't know why it seemed like it came from a ventilation in the ceiling. But in the evening it was nice quiet so it wasn't a Problem You really hear everything that is in the floor, could be a problem if there are some troublemakers. For us it went well

Big bed, a table (could be wider), even a balcony (but the weather was a bit cold to sit; there could be chairs, I noticed very small just), WiFi was fine as I could work remotely. They offered some towels etc. Quite close to the sanctuary. I stayed more days than I had planned it.

Not always the personnel was at the reception so few times I had to wait to take or give the key but they were nice. For me it looked like family bussiness. A bit far from bus station but it's fine to reach.
