Everything about our stay was perfect. Beautiful location, close to the wonderful praias of Troia. Cozy apartment equipped with everything one needs. Highly recommended!

Great flat, everything was lovely... Decoration was the best part! Also very clean, the bed was really comfortble, kitchen equipped with all you need... Positive points for recycling system. Although we didn't met the host, thought text messages we got all the information needed even a small business laundry who helped us with a few shirts who were ruined from the traveling

location was amazing, the flat was great and it was nicely decorated, and there was a car park straight in front of the building and it was free

some things were broken or not working properly, like the ceiling fan, which was then replaced by a regular standing fan, the water faucet in the kitchen was loose, and there wasn't enough toilet paper for a week's stay, and it was then not replaced when the cleaning came half-way through the week

The hosts are very aware of the reviews. A lot of the issues in past reviews have been solved. Very easy to check in. The room is very generous in terms of space, it is excellent for a couple. We also found the room very clean. The washing machine was a great addition. The location is great, right on the main avenue. Free parking right in front of the building. Nice touch in having two floor towels in the bathroom, and a mop, since the shower glass door sometimes leaks to the floor.

The curtains and blinds do not do a great job in preventing the light from getting in during the morning. A fully dark room would be greatly appreciated! Check-out could be a little later than 11 am. We got a bit lost at arrival, but it is probably booking's fault for pointing us to the wrong GPS address. It is a bit difficult to heat up the room. We couldn't get the ceiling fan to run at all as an attempt to push the hot air downwards. An oven would also be welcome for longer stays.

Equipment, accessibility, cleanliness and overall charm of the studio.

A lil cold in the winter, for shorter stays having more disposables would have been great since the supermarkets are at least a 20min walk from the apartment.

Parking is easy, just in front of the flat There are plenty of restaurants and bars around

The worst checkin- It took us 1.5 hours to do the checkin as the vaccination QRcode was not working for them (and it worked the day before in a hotel in Sines) and they were not approving the PRC. Communication was complicated as They we’re not contacting me via phone and it was done 100% though booking.con message and no contact at all… they were not super supportive even though we were waiting outside the door at 28 degrees. King bed Bed linen was broken and in the small bed pillow was dirty. Cleaning could be improved
