Lovely friendly staff. Location is perfect for shopping nearby and great for drop offs for drivers.

Not as clean as previous state here. Need to improve on the booking in process … it took forever.

Pools were ok. Small but decent bathroom. nice to have a Gym.

It was too expensive for what it was. They have social areas like the sky pool but then they play east blasting TERRIBLE music. I mean I’m in my 20s and I don’t listen to that stuff. There is absolutely 0 ambience. Breakfast is average. Room service food was crappy too. beers were twice the price as other places. Not coming back. Found way lovelier and cheaper places.

The only thing good is the facilities and location. Location is central to almost anywhere and facilities are pretty good with rooftop pool/breakfast/bar.

Extremely noisy and very slow wi-fi. They can definitely improve on this, especially with the price that they ask for per night. You can hear loud music very evidently throughout the rooms and hard to sleep each night. Wi-fi only at 1 mpbs. Value for money definitely not good. I also did ask one of the employees Gunwar for recommendations for activities to do around Bali and he promised he will give to me, but until the day I checked out, he still hasn't given it despite I ask several times. Disappointing to see employees deliver empty promises.

All in all great hotel and value for money. Choice of 2 pools. Great food. Friendly staff. Great location, close to everything. .

We had two bookings for different days, and both were with connected rooms for 3 people. They gave us separate room in the first booking. We didn't complain. But, in the second booking a few days later, they gave us our right room and it was better than the separate rooms. They event put more toilet stuff (like razors and shower cap) in the connected room. In the second booking, the bathroom still had waste on the toilet, we called to the counter and they came to the lobby. The nearby beach is dirty

Great stay 9* Just a little bit annoying was no plug sockets at bedside but other than that perfect stay.

The bathroom was dirty the drainage was blocked flooded the floor.

staff were great and location is great if you want to stay right in the middle of all the action.

The rooftop theme, and the largeness of the facility ( added on parts of the hotel ). Attached to a lounge, and restaurant. Also, location conveniently located to other places. The breakfast was great too!

Very tiny washroom, and no toilet attached sprayer. The shower water was cold at hot settings, at times. No working down escalator.
