Terrible experience. Room not cleaned, unkept , torn carpets . Lizards all over the room. Lizards droppings all over the bed mattress.

So many time have check in this hotel, but this now all got 1 staff & manager quite rude..i tell them will lodge complaint to motac, they said u can u..

Hotel is old not good in maintenance... 1st, long queue during check-in, I was queued for almost 45mins and was told counter printer not working. The whole check in process took me for 1 hour... 1st in my life in hotel check-in experience. 2nd, Ballroom event with booth exhibition and can't even provide bottle mineral water to guest even is room guest! Request guest to get water from the room. Wtf... Worse hotel services ever and staff not friendly and helpful... Air-conditioner at outside ballroom area are either faulty and no turn on... think twice when need to rent the ballroom for event.

Location - great. Breakfast - great lots of varieties. Price - since last minute, fair price. Staff - OK Ambience was good.

Everything was good except for the pillow -too soft and almost like folding bed sheet. The water pressure for the shower also too slow. Room cleanliness - i might say fair because our sofa got large patch of stain. Since we choose smoking floor - the smells well need to put scent diffuser.
