The hotel had good facilities and a nice breakfast buffet. The staff were very helpful.

The location is inconvenient for tourists. It was a fair walk to the train station then a long train trip to all the local attractions.

The bed sheet smelled like they had used too much heavy detergent. There was no flexibility in check in time. Needed to check in at exactly 16h. I asked if the receptionist could order some food for me and they refused it.

Is not the best location and the facilities are quite old. The bathroom looked like the bathroom of a plane.

Breakfast included is always a great bonus. Especially when it allowed you to take as much, or as little, as you wanted. A decent collection of Korean breakfast staples and a few non-K inclusions. The staff are friendly and helpful.

No robe/ yukata provided in the room and had to go down to Reception for tea bags and coffee sachets. A distinct lack of power points/ charging outlets was also a major problem.

Bed was excellent, but the room was very small. Breakfast was ok, but it was very busy and they actually ran out of some foods on saturday. All staff members were lovely. If what you are looking for is a good night's sleep with reasonable prize, then this hotel is a top choice for you. If you are looking to spend time in the room, i.e working then not.

We asked for a second blanket, didnt get one. And for some reason they ran out of bread during the breakfast.

Staff at the receiption are very friendly and helpful, much better than the same hotel chain in Seoul.

It would be great to put more sockets and USB sockets in the rooms.

Helpful and attentive staffs. They can arrange the airport taxi with a good price comparing with booking from K***k or K***y. Location is not a problem if you do not travel with babies
