Loved my stay so much. It felt like it was a 5 star room (actually, suite) at a 5 star hotel. Blown away by the beautiful room, bathroom, the hosts kindness & help and the location. It’s my favourite street in Verona. Highly highly recommend!!

We had a fabulous stay at the residence Borsari , the rooms were Devine, we loved being able to breathe in the culture being right in the thick of the action, Michela the host was supportive when we needed help arranging some extra things , and once we were on site she made sure we felt at home, she is an absolute credit to this hotel, we will be back next year x

Excellent breakfast and everything available if you asked . Could have had more fruit variety . Very comfy room and the balcony we used for tea twice and watched the people go by . Easy access to taxi train etc

Noisy with windows open even at 2.00 am . People noise not traffic noise

Could not sleep. Uncomfortable bed and cheap bedding. noisy at around 3 to 4 am….loud youngsters screaming or playing music in the streets. On both night of our stay. For the price we expected a bit more soundproofing and better quality bed.

musty smell in the building and in my room, few rooms need the access via stairs no elevator which is manageable but my room didn’t have the teapot, you need to go 2 flights of stairs down and use a teapot in the little hallway but if your room is not in this hallway you need your own teacup or paper cup to carry with you , hallways with tea and coffee stations are on the light timer the light gets turned off before you finish your tea it’s on photosensor the bed cover is very thin no extra blanket in the room no inside shades you need to open the window and move outside shutters to make your room dark the room is huge but not functional lots of useless built in closets but night stands are very tiny breakfast is very skimpy officially starts at 8 am but don’t bother coming before 8:20 the manager is nice but she can’t handle everything when all guests are eating breakfast limited food choices we stayed few days the cake was finished next day and wasn’t replaced

Great location, lovely bedrooms and it had a nice homely feel.

location was fantastic-easy walk to all sights on an elegant but relatively quiet street; very quiet lodging; we felt like we were indeed in someone’s home, not a big impersonal hotel. Tge room was very spacious.

Residenza Borsari was fabulous and the location was central to everything! The rooms were recently renovated, and tastefully done with quality finishes. The breakfast was wonderful and the outdoor seating was absolutely lovely to enjoy breakfast. The service was also exceptional, everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. I highly recommend Residenza Borsari to any tourist, and we are quite picky in where we stay. Bravo Residenza Borsari!!

Michela was a lovely helpful host. The location is very central and in walking distance of most attractions, shops and restaurants. The accomadation is well presented having a lovely Italian feel. The breakfasts catered for everyone's needs. A very pleasant, comfortable and enjoyable stay and I am sure we visit again. Thanks Michela and her staff.

Best location in Verona, close to everything, the room was great, breakfast outstanding, and Michela looked after us brilliantly, nothing was too much trouble. our stay was faultless.

Everything was very good. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. Michaela, who received us, was very nice, friendly and helpful.

the family owning the hotel was really nice and helpful. the room was really nicely decorated and the bathroom was amazing. so was the breakfast and the location. we loved it and will for sure come back and recommend it to others to stay here. fantastic experience. thanks for having us 😊

The location was amazing, the rooms big and comfy. It was like staying back in the days in the house of Capulet. The manager was the nicest we've ever encountered. Absolutely flawless!

Our host Michela was very hospitable and pleasant. Room was clean, lovely, with beautiful view from balcony and really comfortable bed.

Michela, the manager, has been extraordinary to make our stay unique, she tailored the service to our needs. Most of the time she anticipated our ask, she adjusted the breakfast schedule to new year long night, avoiding us an early wake up

It was all wonderful. Excellent service and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are decorated beautifully in an Italian art deco style which I loved. The location is fabulous...close to shops and great places to eat. Great breakfast with loads of choice. I would highly recommend to others and will definitely be back.
