The best part is the property is very centrally located

breakfast was fine. Location was good. Close to locations where a tuktuk could bring to many locations. Employees were very helpful with arranging taxi in middle of night.

Overall Great ambience and awesome Breakfast setup with variety of snacks and desserts.. Great hospitality of the Restaurant staff.. The security and parking staff was of great help and welcoming..!!

Slow service for room service needed multiple calls to follow up.. Rooms were bit small compared to the rates paid for even the bathroom was small..!! Pool wasnt maintained looked like it was shut for many days.. Spa as usual just one small room hence it was always booked as only one female staff was present.. non smoking rooms had smoke smell too.. there should be more Amenities and events just a suggestion..

1,Hotel renovation work was going on,lot of drilling work happening , was not able to work from my room the whole day . Informed them many times but they did not stop work. Terrible , irritating the whole day ! 2, They alloted my room on the floor where renovation work was going , which was dirty all over the floor , had to change my room allotment to a different room which was not as per my booking. 3. Their Billing system was down during my chcheck out , so they could not give my bills. They had sent my by mail later but it was sad way to start my morning fighting for my bills. This has been one my worst experience in my 25years of travel History ☹️

The basic facilities and amenities were quite good. It was also centrally and conveniently located. The food was delicious as well

Not all amenities were available in the room, we had to ask for it such as towels, room slippers, bath mat, etc.. The staff were helpful but housekeeping was not to the point.

Only one charging point in the room that too far away from the bed. (On the opposite wall) Food quality was very bad. Everything in Food was too much oily.

The staff was friendly, polite and helpful. They gave us an early check in on request and made us comfortable while we waited. We enjoyed the stay and would want to go there again ☺️.
